OPT7 Aura Pro Golf Cart LED Lighting Kit

Components

The OPT7 Aura Pro Golf Cart Lighting Kit includes the following components:

• LED Light Strips with Extension Wire: Multiple LED strips of varying lengths (36" and 24") with extension wires.Illustration shows multiple LED strips connected to extension wires.

Installation

Step 1: Planning and Layout

Decide where to locate the control box and ensure the wiring has sufficient length for all light bars to be installed in their desired locations.

Connect all LED bars to the control box using the included extension cables. The kit includes:

• 1 x 36" LED Strip + 8ft extension wire
• 1 x 36" LED Strip + 8ft extension wire
• 1 x 24" LED Strip + 8ft extension wire
• 1 x 24" LED Strip + 18ft extension wire

IMPORTANT: The extension wires are attached to the LED strips. Lay out the strips and measure the required lengths before installation to ensure a successful setup.

Connecting the Power Harness

To Your Vehicle:

• Connect the Red wire (+) of the power harness to the vehicle battery's positive terminal.
• Connect the Black wire (-) of the power harness to the vehicle battery's negative terminal or an unpainted area on your vehicle's frame.

Installation Steps

IMPORTANT: BE SURE TO CONFIRM THE CORRECT DIRECTION OF THE ARROW!! TO AVOID PRODUCT DAMAGE DUE TO INCORRECT INSTALLATION.

WARNING:

• Connecting to more than 10 AMP will override the kit and cause early failure; ensure the load is 10 AMP or less.
• Please ensure that the LED bars, strips, control box, and wiring are mounted in areas that will not exceed 85°C (185°F).
• Connect only to a 12V battery. Using other voltages may cause overload and serious safety risks.

IMPORTANT: Turning off the OPT7 GLOW completely helps avoid excessive battery consumption and extends the lifespan of the OPT7 light kits.

Step 2: Secure the Control Box

Secure the control box in the desired location using the provided Velcro or zip ties.

Step 3: Mount Brackets

Mount the brackets to secure the LED strips first.

Step 4: Secure Wiring

Secure the light strips using zip ties to tie all the wiring away from moving components.

Step 5: Connect Components

Connect the round connector from the light strips to the control box. Ensure that each component is properly installed and tightened.

Step 6: Remote Operation

Using the included 21-Key E-Z Remote, select your desired color or pattern. The remote functions are:

• 1: Power-ON
• 2: Automatic Color Change
• 3: Power-OFF
• 4: Speed +/- (10 Levels)
• 5: Mode +/- (24 Modes)
• 6: Dimmer (10 Levels)
• 7: Color Selection (12 Colors)

NOTE: When using this product, keep the remote within 10m/33ft of the control box for optimal performance.

Remote Pairing

How to Pair the Remote?

• Pair the Device: To pair the remote, reconnect the power, then aim the remote at the control box and hold the ON button until the LED strips flash white.
• Unpair the Device: To unpair the remote, reconnect the power, then aim the remote at the control box and hold the OFF button until the LED strips flash white.
