Installation Types
Plastering Mounted: A mounting method where the fixture is integrated into a plastered surface.
Flush Mounted: A mounting method where the fixture is installed level with the surface.
Surface Mounted: A mounting method where the fixture is attached directly onto the surface.
Installation Steps
- Turn off power. ⚡ [OFF]
- Mount the light into the rail.
- Install the 48V DC transformer.
- Connect the 48V DC transformer.
- Insert the light into the rail.
- Turn on power. ⚡ [ON]
- Pair the remote control. ?️
Automatic Signal Transfer
Automatic signal transmission between lights allows for an unlimited control distance. The light receives the signal from the remote control and automatically transmits it to other lights within a 30m range, which can extend the range indefinitely.
Visual representation: A light fixture ? transmits a signal up to 30m to another light fixture, and this can continue with additional fixtures (...).
Pairing and Unpairing
Pairing
The remote control must be paired with the light before use.
- Turn off power to the light for 10 seconds, then reconnect.
- Press the "I" button of your chosen zone 3 times quickly.
- Pairing is confirmed by the light flashing 3 times. ✔️
⚠️ If the light does not flash 3 times, pairing failed. Please repeat the procedure.
Unpairing
To unpair a remote control from the light:
- Turn off power to the light for 10 seconds, then reconnect.
- Press the "I" button of your chosen zone 5 times quickly.
- Unpairing is confirmed by the light flashing 10 times. ❌
⚠️ If the light does not flash 10 times, unpairing failed. Please repeat the procedure.

DND Mode ON/OFF
The default factory setting is ON.
Turning ON DND Mode
Within 3 seconds, press "OFF" 3 times quickly, then press "ON" 3 times quickly. Activation of DND mode is indicated by four rapid flashes of the light. ? [DND ON]
Turning OFF DND Mode
Within 3 seconds, press "ON" 3 times quickly, then press "OFF" 3 times quickly. Activation of DND mode is indicated by four short flashes of the light. ? [DND OFF]
Wiring Diagram and System Integration
The system can be controlled via a mobile app (APP) using 4G/5G WiFi, connecting to Tuya iCloud. Voice control is available through Alexa or Google Assistant, which communicate with a Router, then a Gateway. The Gateway manages the "20 style 48V magnetic rail" system, including the Mi-Light pendant light. A separate remote control (Remote) can also be used.
