- Auto mode: Automatically turn the device on/off by setting temperature and humidity thresholds. You can set up to 8 automatic control programs with specific time periods.
- Manual control and Auto mode can operate simultaneously. In Auto mode, manual overrides are possible, and Auto mode will resume based on sensor readings after a period.
Factory Reset
Deleting the device from the eWeLink app restores it to factory settings.
Common Problems
- Fail to pair Wi-Fi devices to eWeLink APP:
- 1. Ensure the device is in pairing mode. It exits automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity.
- 2. Enable location services and grant location permission. This is needed to scan for Wi-Fi networks.
- 3. Use a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
- 4. Verify the Wi-Fi SSID and password are correct and do not contain special characters.
- 5. Keep the device close to the router during pairing for a strong signal.
- Wi-Fi devices "Offline" issue: Check the Wi-Fi LED indicator status:
- LED blinks once every 2s (Fail to connect to router): Check Wi-Fi SSID/password (no special characters), router capacity, or Wi-Fi signal strength.
- LED flashes twice (Fail to connect to server): Check internet connection or router capacity (number of connected devices).
- If problems persist, submit a request via help&feedback in the eWeLink App.
