Quick Fit Strap & Interchangeability
The beatXP Duke smartwatch features a quick-fit strap system. The watch is designed to fit your wrist comfortably. For accurate health parameter monitoring, wear the watch slightly tightly with the watch face upwards.
You can customize the strap with any universal 22mm strap. To detach a strap, pull the pin located at the back of the strap. To attach a new strap, pull down the pin and fit it into place.
Download and Connect to App
To access detailed records of your daily activities and health status, download the beatXP Smartwatch application. Connect your watch to your phone by following these steps:
- When turning the watch on for the first time, a QR Code will be displayed. If missed, access the app list by pressing the crown button once, scroll to the bottom, and select the QR Code option.
- Scan the QR Code using your phone's scanner to visit our website and download the app. Alternatively, search for "beatXP Smartwatch" on the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
- Open the beatXP Smartwatch application, navigate to the device page, and click "Add Device". Grant the app the necessary permissions and select your watch from the list to connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to complete the setup.
For Bluetooth Calling functionality, follow the additional steps described below.
Connection with Bluetooth for Calling
Ensure your watch is connected to the beatXP Smartwatch app.
For Android Devices:
- Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Search for "beatXP Duke" and connect to it.
- A pop-up will appear; check the contact sharing option and click "Pair". The watch will now be connected for calling.
For iOS Devices:
- Go to your phone's Settings page.
- Select and connect with "beatXP Duke".
- Click "Pair". Upon successful connection, Bluetooth Calling will be enabled.
You can now make calls directly from your watch and talk seamlessly.
Tips to Boost Performance
- Ensure the beatXP Smartwatch application is updated to the latest version from your device's app store.
- Recommended device system requirements: Android 4.4 or above, iOS 9.0 or above.
Charging Instructions
Turn the watch over, align the magnetic charging pins with the gold pins on the charging dock. The charging icon will appear on the watch screen within 5 seconds. A full charge can take up to 3 hours. The battery circle will indicate when charging is complete.
Please clean your watch before charging to prevent sweat or dirt from corroding or damaging the gold pins.
Change Watch Faces
To change the watch face: Long press the screen to enter edit mode. Swipe left or right to browse available watch faces and tap one to select and confirm.
For custom watch faces or designing your own, use the beatXP Smartwatch app. Select a watch face from the gallery and sync it with your watch.
Functions and Features
Sports Modes
beatXP Duke supports over 100 sports modes, including Running, Walking, Cycling, Basketball, and more, covering Fitness, Leisure, Competition, and Dance categories. The watch displays a selection of these modes to reduce clutter. You can customize the list via the watch: go to Sports > Customize > Add, select desired modes, and Save.
Health Monitoring
- Heart Rate Monitoring: Wear the watch properly (not too tight, not too loose). Open the 'Heart Rate' app on the watch. It measures heart rate in real-time.
- Stress Monitoring: Wear the watch properly. Open the 'Stress' app to measure your current psychological pressure.
- Activity Tracking: Open the 'Activity Tracking' app to view steps taken, calories burned, and distance traveled.
- SpO2 Monitoring: Wear the watch properly. Open the 'SpO2' app to measure blood oxygen levels. Keep the watch face upwards during measurement.
- Sleep Tracking: Wear the watch while sleeping. It records sleep duration and provides detailed data in the app upon waking.
- Blood Pressure: Wear the watch properly. Open the 'Blood Pressure' app to measure current blood pressure.
- Breathe Rate: Measure your current respiratory rate. (Note: Values are for reference only and not for medical diagnosis).
Communication and Control
- Bluetooth Calling: Supports Bluetooth calling. Connect via phone settings as described earlier. Use the 'Phone' app on the watch to dial numbers.
- Voice Assistant: Interact with your phone's AI assistant directly from the watch. Ensure the assistant is enabled on your phone.
- Instant Notifications: Enable settings and permissions in the phone app to receive notifications (calls, messages, app alerts) on your watch.
- Camera Shutter: Use the smartwatch as a remote shutter for your phone's camera. Access the 'Camera' option in the beatXP Smartwatch app, then tap 'Click' on the watch.
- Music Control: Control music playback on your phone directly from the watch.
Convenience Features
- Always On Display (AOD): Features 2 AOD faces (analog and digital) that remain visible, saving power.
- World Clock: Add and view multiple time zones by configuring in the beatXP Smartwatch app.
- Stock Market Tracker: Add stock prices via the beatXP Smartwatch app for real-time updates on your watch.
- Breathing Exercises: Access guided breathing exercises from the menu. Adjust speed via settings.
- Device Out of Range Reminder: Enable this reminder in the app to get alerted when the watch disconnects from your phone.
- Menstrual Health Tracking: Track female menstrual cycles by recording settings in the app.
- Find My Phone: Locate your connected phone by activating the 'Find My Phone' icon on the watch or in the app.
- Timer: Set multiple targets with the timer application.
- Stopwatch: Record time taken during activities with the electronic stopwatch.
- Alarm: Set alarms directly on the watch to avoid missing important events.
- Weather: Syncs with your mobile app to display local weather information. Location can be updated in the app.
- Settings: Customize various settings like Menu Modes, Always On Display, Power Settings, and Brightness directly on the watch.
- Shortcut Menu: Swipe down from the home screen for quick access to important settings.
Troubleshooting
- Continuous Heart Rate: If the heart rate graph shows a dotted line, ensure the watch is worn snugly and in the correct position. Verify that the Continuous Heart Rate monitoring setting is enabled in the mobile application.
- Other Issues (e.g., Bluetooth Connection): Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings. If "beatXP Duke" is listed as connected, remove it and pair again. Ensure the watch is also connected to the beatXP Smartwatch application.

beatXP offers a 1-Year Replacement Warranty on manufacturing defects for the beatXP Duke watch. This warranty covers issues arising during normal and fair usage, provided free of charge after technician confirmation.
Conditions not covered by warranty include:
- Accidental or Human Damage
- Unauthorized testing, repairing, or disassembling
- Contamination due to human factors
- Damage caused by incompatible equipment
- Natural aging
- Damage caused by force majeure
