Know Your Device
The beatXP Echo Xpods are wireless earphones designed for an immersive audio experience. Below is a breakdown of the device components:
Each earbud features an Indicator light, a Touch Functional Area for controls, and multiple microphones (labeled Mic1, Mic2, Mic3, Mic4 in the diagram, suggesting a total of four microphones across both earbuds). The charging case includes a Charging Case Indicator light and a Type-C Charging Port.

Instructions
How To Connect?
- Take your earbuds out of the case to power them ON.
- Turn ON the Bluetooth on your mobile phone and search for active devices.
- Select 'beatXP Echo Xpods'. Your earbuds are now connected to your phone and ready to use.
Usage Guidelines
- Ensure earbuds are fully charged before first-time use. If not using for a long time, charge them every 30 days.
- Use earbuds at a comfortable hearing volume to prevent hearing damage. Start with low volume and gradually increase.
- Avoid using the earbuds while driving.
- For safety, do not use earbuds in environments where awareness of surrounding noise is critical.
- This product contains small parts; keep out of reach of children.
- The product uses magnetic components. Consult a doctor if you have implantable medical equipment.
- If the product is not working, contact customer support; do not attempt self-repair.
- Dispose of batteries properly according to local regulations.
- Any repair or maintenance must be done by authorized personnel to maintain warranty.
- Avoid high voltage smartphone chargers. Chargers with a capacity of 5V-10V are suitable for charging XPods.
Charging
Charging Earbuds
When placed in the charging case, the white LED on the earphones turns ON, indicating they are charging.
When fully charged, the earbud LED will turn OFF.
Charging the Case
Plug in the Type-C charging cable. The red LED on the charging case will flash, indicating it is charging.
When fully charged, the red LED on the charging case will stop flashing.

Automatically ON when removed from the case, OFF when the buds are put into the case.
Troubleshooting
Unable to Power ON
Try charging the earbuds for 30 minutes and try again.
Unable to Pair
Go to your mobile phone's Bluetooth Settings, click on 'Forget Device' for beatXP Echo Xpods, and put the case on charge. After 30-45 minutes, try again.
Unable to Connect to Mobile
Place earbuds into the charging case. Turn OFF Bluetooth on your mobile and Turn ON again. Take earbuds out of the case and try again.
Unable to Charge
Ensure the earbuds are properly placed in the charging case. If not, gently press them in and clean the charging pin point.
Only one earbud working / Either of the one not working simultaneously
Go to your mobile phone's Bluetooth Menu, click on 'Forget Device' or 'Disconnect' your earphones, and put them back into the charging case. Then take the earbuds out of the case and try again.
