Button Description

Scan Button: Used to initiate scanning.

Indicator Light: Shows device status (e.g., charging, successful scan).

Bluetooth Pairing STEPS

Pair with operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows) that have Bluetooth function:

  1. Start the scanner and long press for 8 seconds, or scan the Bluetooth pairing setup barcode to enter Bluetooth search mode.
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and search for devices named "Barcode Scanner HID". If pairing is successful, you will hear a beep.

Note: If the scanner enters matching state and does not pair successfully within 1 minute, it will emit two long low sounds indicating failure and return to scanning mode. (Alternatively, trigger twice to exit matching mode and revert to scanning state). If you plug in the USB cable, it cannot pair with the dongle.

2.4G Pairing Steps

For PC terminals without Bluetooth, pair with the included Dongle:

  1. Scan the Dongle setup barcode.
  2. Scan the "Compulsory Pair with Dongle Setup Barcode" to enter pairing state.
  3. Plug in the receiver. If pairing is successful, you will hear a beep.

Note: If the scanner enters matching state and does not pair with the dongle successfully within 1 minute, it will emit two long low sounds indicating failure and return to scanning mode. (Alternatively, trigger twice to exit matching mode and revert to scanning state). If you plug in the USB cable, it cannot pair with the dongle.

Operating Mode

Normal Mode: Scans are uploaded directly to the computer via USB cable or the Wi-Fi dongle. A short, low-frequency tone indicates a successful scan. Three short, low-frequency tones indicate failure, and data will be lost. Scan the "Normal Mode" barcode to enable this mode.

Storage Mode: Recommended when the transfer range is exceeded. Scans are stored in internal storage. A short tone indicates a successful scan and storage. If internal storage is full, three low-frequency short tones will sound as an alarm. Scan the "Storage Mode" barcode to enable this mode.

Data Upload: Scan the "Data Upload" barcode to upload stored data. This does not automatically delete barcodes from the scanner. Scan multiple times if needed. Ensure a stable wireless signal or connect via USB cable for optimal upload. Scan the "Clear Data" barcode to erase stored scans; confirm they have been uploaded before clearing.

A short sound (low frequency)Means wireless transmission failed or cache is full

[Note: During normal usage or start-up process, if the buzzer continuously makes five times long sound (low frequency), then automatically powers off. It means the power capacity is too low and needs to be charged before use.]

Reset Configuration to Defaults

If the scanner is not performing normally due to scanning incorrect setup barcodes, scan the initialization setup barcode to revert to default settings.
