Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your DOMYOS W900 treadmill.
Step 1: Unboxing and Base Setup
Carefully unpack all components. The diagram shows the main base unit being prepared for assembly, with protective packaging in place. It indicates the use of screws of lengths 16 mm (x3) and 45 mm (x2), and a quantity of x14 for another screw type (likely smaller ones not explicitly dimensioned here but implied by the diagram). The main frame is shown being positioned.
Step 2: Attaching Vertical Support Posts
Attach the main vertical support posts to the treadmill base. The diagram shows two posts being secured with screws (x2) and an Allen key. A close-up view shows a person using a tool to tighten a bolt, with a "50%" indicator, suggesting partial tightening or a specific torque setting for this stage.
Step 3: Connecting Console Support and Cables
Connect the console support structure and electrical cables. The diagram shows the next section of the upright frame being attached using screws (x2) and an Allen key. A subsequent image shows a cable connector being plugged in, followed by a hand pressing a button or slot. A caution icon
indicates caution.Step 4: Attaching the Console
Mount the console unit onto the support structure. The diagram shows the console being attached to the uprights. It involves connecting cables (indicated by X2 connectors) and securing with screws. A checkmark icon
and a sad face icon are shown, likely indicating correct and incorrect connection states. A "100%" indicator suggests full tightening of screws.Step 5: Attaching Handlebars
Install the handlebars. The diagram shows the handlebars being attached to the console support. This step requires screws (x4) and an Allen key. A "100%" indicator is present, signifying complete tightening.
Step 6: Final Console Cover Assembly
Attach the final cover or tray for the console area. The diagram shows this cover being fitted and secured with screws (x2 and x3) and an Allen key. A "100%" indicator is shown, confirming full tightening. Another diagram shows a part being slid into place.
