- Bluetooth headset cannot be connected by the phone? Please try to delete the pairing history information on the headset and restart the headset to enter the pairing state. Refer to NOTE 5 & NOTE 6 for details, or check if there are too many Bluetooth pairing records on the phone. You need to clear the pairing records on the phone, restart the phone, and retry pairing.
- Two headsets cannot paired well: Clear the pairing history information and restart to enter the pairing state, then pair again.
- When listening to music, one earphone is silent or the other intercom is silent: Reinsert the earphone and microphone to ensure the earphone is well-contacted.
- One earphone unit is very quiet: The microphone jack might be plugged in the wrong way. Pull it out, change its direction, and insert it again.
- Dead state: Plug in the charging cable to recharge the power; this can reset the headset.
- Music sharing failed: The headset pairing information may not have been cleared. You need to perform the clear pairing information action again.
- Sound quality deteriorates suddenly during intercom: This may be caused by Bluetooth signal asynchronism. Please disconnect the intercom and try again.
- If the music is stuck or cannot be played: Other apps might be occupying the audio channel in the background of the phone. Check for and close any such apps.
- Failed to charge after shutdown: The charger or charging line may not meet the standard.
- The Bluetooth receiver has no power: The headset must be charged for at least 2.5 hours prior to first use. Refer to "Charging the Bluetooth Device" on page 8.
