The built-in WIFI function of R3 Pro is only used for the users to download videos in the APP or preview the videos online temporarily. 3. Due to limited body size and over- intensive processors, using the WIFI and the Bluetooth at the same time will cause signal interference,Please turn off the WIFI when you don't need to preview or download any videos. 4. During the connection, if the mobile phone indicates "The current WLAN cannot access to the internet, continue to use this WLAN or not?", you must choose "yes". 5. If the message "Network access denied" is displayed when you connect to the WIFI again, please turn off the recorder WIFI and restart it, refresh the WIFI list of your mobile phone and reconnect.

9. Introduction of Video Application Usage
Tips: 1. The video recording function of R3 does not need to rely on the APP to use. 2. The APP is only used for online preview or to download the videos recorded by R3 to the mobile phone. The functions of the APP itself do not represent the functions of R3, the specific situation shall prevail; 3. The following recommended APP is a public version produced by a third-party company and it is not FreedConn's product. The third party reserves the right of interpretation. Issues about after-sales of the APP or about compatibility between the APP and mobile phone are not covered by FreedConn's after-sales guaranteed area. 4. The recommended APP is compatible with most mobile phones. If you cannot use the relevant functions normally after downloading the APP, please watch and process the recorded videos on the computer according to the 3 methods described in below.

11. About Charging and Maintenance
1. Before using the Bluetooth device, fully charge it. 2. To extend the life of the built-in polymer battery, please charge the device at least once a month. 3. If the red light goes off while charging, the voltage may be too low. It is best to charge it for 3 hours and then recheck if the Bluetooth receiver has been successfully charged. 4. Please don't put the product in en environment with too high (or too low). temperature. The best storage environment temperature is-4 to 60 degrees, otherwise the life of the product will be shortened. 5. Stay away from fire. 6. Keep away from sharp objects, which may cause scratches or damage to the product. 7. Don't attempt to disassemble the headset. 8. Please put the headset in a dry environment when it is not used for a long time, and make sure to charge it once a month o guarantee its performance. Charging reminder: (1) It can only be charged normally through the original charging cable of the product with the charger plug and not through computer or other ways. (2)Non-original charging cable will lead to abnormal production functions, so please avoid using it to charge the device.
12. Trouble Shooting
1. Bluetooth is off In the case that the recorder can be turned on but the Bluetooth can not, it is normally because the Bluetooth failed to reset during shutdown. Now press the reset key on the device for over 3 seconds, then it can reset successfully. Plugging in the charger to reset is also applicable. 2. The recorder can not be turned on If the recorder can not be turned on when it is with sufficient battery capacity, it is usually because the recorder is not reset successfully when it was shut down. At this time, you only need to press the reset key on the device for about 1 second, then it is reset successfully. You can also plug in the charger to reset it. (Charging while the
-13-

recorder is on will not make it reset.) 3. There is a lag of music playing while checking videos in the application. While you are checking videos in the application, the video code stream is too large, so it will interfere with The Bluetooth. You need to turn off the Bluetooth temporarily. You can turn on the Bluetooth after exiting the APP.
4. There is a "crackling"noise when the phone is playing videos Turn off the 4G traffic and WIFI before playing the videos downloaded via the APP for the first time, then the "cracking "noise will not appear again. 5. When the music playing operation does not respond properly Solutions Try to use the built-in player in the mobile phone.
Try to exit or turn off the other running audio players. 6. When listening to audios from Wechat or Tik Tok, the APP is mute or has other abnormal situations. Please turn off the audio player running on the backstage and re-enter to listen. 7.When the WiFi is on, the mobile phone can not find the Freedconn network? Or the Freedconn WiFi can be found but can not be connected? Your mobile phone may not be compatible with the WiFi software version, and you need to upgrade the WiFi software of R3. To solve this problem, please contact the manufacturer for upgrading by emailing the after-sales service or through the WeChat public account. 8. The TF card still can not be used normally after trying many ways to format it? Suggest that you choose a high speed card Class 10 or above, an authorized edition memory card with 64G capacity. High-quality TF cards have longer service life than low-quality ones. If the video screen is blurred and the frame rate decreases, replace the card with a new one. The higher the quality of TF cards, the longer they will last. And vice versa. 9. The lens is covered with fog or water droplets? It is caused by the temperature difference between internal and external of the body, and they will volatilize naturally after placing aside for a period of time.
