Connect an external subwoofer using the SUB OUT and a subwoofer cable (not included). It is recommended to use the BASS FILTER (below) when using an external subwoofer.

Bass Filter Switch

It is recommended to switch the BASS FILTER switch to ON when using an external subwoofer to allow the speakers to focus on clear mids and highs while the subwoofer handles the bass. Using the BASS FILTER without a subwoofer connected will decrease the bass output for quieter listening, similar to Night Mode features found on other audio devices.

Speaker Placement

Victrola Tempo speakers are designed to work seamlessly in any space and at any distance from each other. However, if you want to optimize their performance here are a few recommendations:

Channel Switch

If you prefer placing the primary speaker on the left side, you can change the channels of the speakers. Press and hold the multi-function knob for 5 seconds then release. A voice prompt will say 'Right' or ‘Left' to indicate which channel is assigned to the primary speaker.

Notes:

Factory Reset

Press and hold the multi-function knob for 10 seconds to factory reset the speakers and forget any paired devices. The LED will flash red 3 times quickly then the speakers will power off.
