Safety Measures
- Assembly must be performed by an adult. Do not attempt assembly without following instructions; an improperly assembled product can be unstable and unsafe.
- The product contains small parts that pose a choking hazard when disassembled. Ensure all screws and fastenings are securely tightened after assembly. Keep spare screws out of reach of children.
- Use only under direct adult supervision. Never leave a child alone with the product.
- Tighten screws every 2 months and regularly check for signs of wear. Stop use immediately if wear or damage is visible.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight limit. To prevent overcrowding and ensure stability, limit the number of children using the climber at one time based on recommended weight, size, and design.
- Do not use on uneven or sloping walls.
- Do not use if the product has visible damage or is positioned abnormally.
- Do not use if the floor beneath is wet or contaminated.
- Place the product at least 2m away from windows, sharp corners, hard furniture, or other hazards. Ensure the area around the climber is clear and safe.
- Do not place near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- Do not modify the ladder or add homemade extensions unless you are sure they are safe and compatible, as modifications can affect stability and safety.
- Ensure children wear appropriate footwear with good grip for physical activity.
- Do not let children climb onto the upper rail or horizontal bar.
- Ensure the product is securely attached to the wall for stability and to prevent falling.
Care and Maintenance
- To clean, wipe with a damp cloth or wet wipes.
- Avoid excessive moisture, as water can penetrate seams or microcracks and damage the wood. Wipe dry immediately if spillage occurs.
- Do not use abrasive sponges, aggressive detergents, alcohol, or acetone.
- Do not leave the product outdoors or near heat sources (radiators, fireplaces).
- For scuffs or fading, you can restore the varnish or paint layer using the same water-based substance used originally. Clean and lightly sand the surface before re-coating.
- If the product is not used for a long time, store it in a dry room with moderate humidity (40-60%); avoid damp or uninsulated areas.
