This manual provides instructions for the WoodandHearts Climbing Wall.
Scope of Application
The climbing wall is designed for children's indoor activity games to develop their physical abilities, self-sufficiency, and creative thinking. It is not intended for outdoor use.
- Recommended age: 3 to 8 years old.
- Maximum Load Capacity: 60 kg / 132 lbs.
Terms of Use
- Before assembly, check the completeness of the set and notify the manufacturer of any missing parts via the provided email address.
- For indoor use only.
- The product has no expiration term, but replace it or its parts immediately if any damage occurs.
- Choose the appropriate height for mounting to comply with safety requirements.
- Warranty: 2 years.
Note:
- Warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to weather conditions, as it is for indoor use only.
- The manufacturer reserves the right to make structural changes without prior notice, provided they do not affect functionality, safety, or key features.
- The manufacturer and seller are not responsible for damage due to inappropriate use or failure to comply with instructions.
- Supervising adults are responsible for any damage incurred by children during play.
Safety Measures ⚠️
- Assembly must be performed by an adult. Follow manufacturer's instructions to prevent instability and unsafety.
- The disassembled product contains small parts that pose a choking hazard. Ensure all screws and fastenings are securely tightened after assembly. Keep spare screws out of children's reach.
- Mounting height recommendations:
- 30-40 cm from the floor for children 3 years or younger.
- 40-50 cm from the floor for children 4-6 years old.
- 50-60 cm from the floor for children older than 6 years.
- A soft landing area is recommended for safety.
- Use only under the direct supervision of an adult. Do not leave children unattended with the product.
- Tighten screws every 2 months and regularly check for signs of wear. Stop use immediately if any damage is found.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight limit. Limit the number of children using the climber at one time based on its recommended weight limit, size, and design to ensure stability.
- Do not use on uneven or sloping walls.
- Do not use if the product has visible damage or is positioned abnormally.
- Do not use if the floor beneath is wet or contaminated.
- Place at least 2 meters away from hazards like windows, sharp corners, or hard furniture. Keep the area around the climber clear and safe.
- Do not place near heat sources or direct sunlight.
- Avoid modifying the product or adding homemade extensions unless they are confirmed to be safe and compatible. Modifications can affect stability and safety.
- Ensure children wear appropriate footwear with good grip to prevent slips and falls.
- Ensure the product is securely attached to the wall to prevent falling.
Care and Maintenance
- Clean the item by wiping it with a damp cloth or wet wipes.
- Avoid excessive moisture. Water can penetrate seams or microcracks and damage the wood. Wipe dry immediately if spillage occurs.
- Do not use abrasive sponges, aggressive detergents, alcohol, or acetone.
- Do not leave the product outdoors or near heat sources (radiators, fireplaces).
- Scuffs or fading can be restored by applying a new layer of varnish or paint of the same water-based type. Clean and lightly sand the surface before re-coating.
- If the product is not used for a long time, store it in a dry room with moderate humidity (40-60%). Avoid storage in damp or uninsulated areas.

Assembly Steps:
- Take the bigger and smaller pebbles (4, 5) and attach them to the panels (1, 2, 3) using screws (a). Refer to the diagram for placement.
Mounting Notes:
- For stud walls, attach the climbing wall only to the vertical studs of the construction.
- For concrete and brick walls, use dowels (c).
Disposal and Environmental Information
Dispose of the product in accordance with local waste regulations. Components can be recycled where applicable.
