Audio Authority Model 2124 Composite Video Source Card: Installation and Operation
Introduction
The Model 2124 is designed to integrate composite video sources into the Component video architecture of the HLX Modular Matrix system. Each 2124 card adds four source positions. These positions can be utilized for general AV sources, or specifically as four video sources and four separate audio sources, all switchable independently via breakaway switching commands.
Front Panel Connectors
The front panel of the Model 2124 Video / Audio Source Card features four identical input sections, labeled INPUT 1 through INPUT 4. Each input section provides the following connectors:
- S-VIDEO: For S-Video input.

- DIGITAL AUDIO: For digital audio input.
- L: For Left analog audio input.
- R: For Right analog audio input.
- IR OUT: Infrared output for source control.
Additionally, there is a STATUS LED indicator and the card is identified as "Model 2124". A part number "701-13221C" is also visible.
