Warranty Information

Warranty:

• 3-year manufacturer guarantee for consumers (original purchase from authorized be quiet! dealers only).
• Guarantee work can only be processed with a copy of the purchase receipt from an authorized be quiet! dealer.
• Manipulation and structural changes of any kind, including damage caused by external mechanical force, will void the guarantee.

Scope of Delivery

Installation

1. Screw down the fan using the fan screws.
2. Combine the ARGB connector of the fan with the 5V ARGB connector of the motherboard. Ensure the system is switched off prior to installation. Other illuminated products can be added to the ARGB signal via the fan daisy chain and synchronized with the motherboard.

Limited Warranty Details

I. Applicability

This non-transferable warranty applies to newly purchased, unopened be quiet! products and is enforceable only by the original consumer purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. be quiet! does not provide warranty registration services.

II. Warranty Period

For eligible products, parts and labor are warranted for the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase. The warranty period varies by product model and is identified in user documentation, on the product package, or listed separately. If warranty periods differ, the longest specified period applies. Replaced products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty days, whichever is longer.

III. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Products modified without be quiet! permission, or with defaced, modified, or removed serial numbers or warranty stickers.
• Damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from: Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper voltage connection, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions. Acts of nature (fire, water, lightning). Repair or attempted repair by unauthorized personnel. Shipping or transport damage (claims must be made with the carrier). Any other cause not related to a defect in materials or workmanship.
• Cartons, cases, batteries, cabinets, tapes, accessories, or other consumables.
• be quiet! does not warrant that this product will meet your requirements; it is your responsibility to determine product suitability.
• Removal or installation charges.
• Shipping charges.
• Incidental charges.

IV. Exclusion of Damages

be quiet!'s sole obligation is to repair or replace a defective product at its discretion. be quiet! is not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, damages from service interruption or business loss, or liability in tort, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

V. Limitations of Implied Warranties

There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Implied warranties are limited to the duration specified in Paragraph II.

VI. Local Law and Your Warranty

This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have other rights granted under local law that may vary.

VII. No Other Warranty

No be quiet! employee, dealer, or agent is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty.
