The Resistex Polyevo is an LED luminaire designed for various lighting applications. This document provides detailed instructions for its installation, safety precautions, and maintenance.

Safety Instructions

• The installation must be performed by a professional installer in compliance with the standards and regulations relating to electrical installations.
• Risk of electrostatic discharges (ESD Norm). Handle with precautions.

• Available in ON/OFF and High Frequency (HF) detector versions.
• Includes knock-out cable entry points and cable glands for secure cable management.

Installation Steps

1. Step 1: Prepare the luminaire body and mounting plate. The diagram shows the main luminaire housing and a separate circular mounting bracket.
2. Step 2: Mount the bracket to the ceiling or wall using appropriate fixings (indicated as [x1] in diagram).
3. Step 3: Open the luminaire body to access the internal wiring terminals. The diagram shows the terminals labeled Live (L) and Neutral (N).
4. Step 4: Connect the mains power supply wires to the L and N terminals inside the luminaire body.
5. Step 5: Attach the luminaire body to the mounted bracket.
6. Step 6: Secure the luminaire body to the bracket using screws (indicated as [x3] in diagram).
7. Step 7: If the model includes a detector, insert the detector module into its designated housing.
8. Step 8: Secure the detector module with screws (indicated as [x2] in diagram).
9. Step 9: Place the diffuser cover onto the luminaire body.
10. Step 10: Secure the diffuser by twisting or locking it into place as shown in the diagram.
11. Step 11: The diagram shows the luminaire fully assembled and ready for operation.
12. Step 12: Final check of all connections and secure mounting.
