This document provides assembly instructions and safety information for the VEVOR Kids Toy Open Organizer, Model ZHSNG-05. Please read all instructions carefully before operating the product. The organizer is designed for indoor use only and is suitable for children aged 3 years and older. It is important to follow all safety precautions to ensure safe assembly and use.

Safety Instructions

NOTES: Please read the following precautions carefully before assembly!!

  1. This product is not suitable for children under 3 years old.
  2. For indoor use only.
  3. Warning! Contains small component hazards before assembly; for adult assembly only.
  4. Please place on a flat and spacious ground, with appropriate open space around the installation area.
  5. Do not place in water or permeable ground, uneven or rough ground, slope, or other places.
  6. Before use, please carefully check whether all parts are firm and whether there are other unsafe factors around.
  7. During use, please check the product body and nuts regularly. If there is breakage or wear, please stop using; otherwise, rollover or other hazards may occur.
  8. If the product nut has been worn and cannot be tightened, contact the manufacturer to purchase and replace the corresponding parts.
  9. The packaging is not a toy; please keep it properly and away from infants to avoid danger.
  10. Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, and away from fire and heat sources.
  11. The maximum load of this product is 15 kg; do not use overweight.
  12. Be sure to use under adult supervision. Do not allow children to play with toys that have been disintegrated, damaged, or deformed to avoid accidental swallowing, choking, or other injuries.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Assemble the Main Cabinet Structure

Diagram shows part S23001 (Cabinet eave) being attached to another component. An arrow indicates tightening with LS90 (Right Angle screw) and X small cross nut. The instruction notes to tighten temporarily and pay attention to the screw direction.

Tighten the cabinet eave (S23001) by pressing the round screw and X small cross nut from the top down. Install the 90° screw and tighten it with the X small cross nut. Put it aside temporarily. Note the direction of the 90° screws.

Step 2: Attach Back Board and Layers

Diagram shows S23004 (Cabinet back board), S23003 (Cabinet layer), and NO.8 short layer board being connected. It indicates fixing and tightening S23018 (Storage side plate) to the side plate using X small cross nut and Z2 large cross nut.

Put the S23004 cabinet back board, S23003 cabinet layer, and NO.8 short layer board. Fix and tighten S23018 storage side plate with X small cross nut and Z2 large cross nut.

Step 3: Install Door Panel and Leg Trip

Put on the fillet buckle (S21103), put on the NO.9 cabinet door panel, and plug in the cabinet backing plate (NO.10) and a NO.12 short leg trip.

Step 4: Secure Side Panels

Fasten and tighten the nut, and cover the S23017 storage side panels with Z2 large cross nuts and X small crosses fillet buckle.

Step 5: Install Storage Box

Screw on the rotating cross nut (W19106) and place it in the storage box. The house storage cabinet is installed. Set aside for now.

Step 6: Attach Long Layer Board

Insert the S21002 long layer board into the two holes on the top of the storage side panel, and fix it with the Z2 large cross nut.

Step 7: Insert Storage Rods

Step 8: Secure Storage Rods

Diagram shows covering the structure with another storage side panel and fixing it with a Z2 large cross nut.

Cover with another storage side panel (S21001) and fix it with a Z2 large cross nut.

Step 9: Rotate and Secure

Diagram shows pressing both sides inward and turning 180 degrees, then securing with Z2 large cross nuts.

Press both sides of the hands inward and turn 180 degrees. Secure with Z2 large cross nuts.

Step 10: Attach Front Baffle and Layers

Diagram shows laying the loaded side on the ground and starting with the S2 front baffle, inserting it into the corresponding hole. Subsequent diagrams show inserting S4 bird layer and other layers in sequence.

Lay the loaded side on the ground. Start with the S2 front baffle and insert it into the corresponding hole. Insert the S4 bird layer. Insert the layers in sequence as in the previous step (the order of the layers is determined by the front baffle).

Step 11: Secure Side Panels and Rotate

Cover the storage side panels (S21001) and secure them with X small cross nut and Z2 large cross nut respectively. Press both sides of the hands inward and turn 180 degrees. Secure with X small cross nut.

Step 12: Final Assembly and Firming

Diagram shows the assembled unit and indicates installing fixing screws on the back to make the layer board more firm.

Install the fixing screws on the back to make the layer board more firm.

Step 13: Connect Painting Board Assembly

Diagram shows the painting board fixing plate covered with a rubber non-slip mat. It connects the bookshelf and painting board fixing plate using bottom rotating cross nuts, figure buckles, and top figure buckles.

The painting board fixing plate (W21005) is covered with a rubber non-slip mat (W19115). The bookshelf and the painting board fixing plate are connected with the bottom rotating cross nut (W19106), figure buckle (W19109), and the top figure buckle (W19107) to secure.

Step 14: Secure Painting Board

Secure the painting board (W21006) with the drawing board screws (D21108), and then use the leaves of the D21104 painting board top leaf to press from back to forward onto the drawing board.

Step 15: Attach Anti-Tipping Accessory

Stick the T-shaped anti-tipping accessory to the wall and the cabinet.

Step 16: Final Connections

Diagram shows connecting the painting board to the cabinet, moving the S21103 fillet buckle, connecting the bottom figure buckle, and tightening the top figure buckle and rotating cross nut.

Connect the painting board to the cabinet installed in front. Move the S21103 fillet buckle on the cabinet to the corresponding position, connect the bottom figure buckle (W19109), and tighten the top figure buckle (W19107) and the rotating cross nut (W19106).
