The PETLIBRO Granary Automatic Pet Feeder consists of the following main parts:
The control panel features several buttons:
The feeder has several indicators:
State | Meaning |
---|---|
Flash every one second | Feeder is ready to connect to WiFi. |
Flash several times per second | Feeder is connecting to WiFi or upgrading software. |
Double flash | WiFi password error. |
Stay solid | Connected to WiFi. |
Off | WiFi function is off. |
Notes: Batteries are not included. Do not use batteries as the only power source; they are for emergency backup only to prevent sudden power outages affecting feeding. To avoid battery leakage, remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period. When powered only by batteries, WiFi, record, and reset functions are disabled to extend working time (depending on version), but meal schedules will run normally.
Notes: Recommended to change the desiccant bag every 15 days to prevent mold growth. Remove the desiccant bag before cleaning the lid.
Notes: To prevent uneven food dispensing, add enough food so you can see how much kibble is left. Recommended kibble size: 2-15mm (0.07-0.5in) in diameter. Do not use canned, wet, or moist food.
Note: If the splitter is positioned in the middle of the food outlet, the feeder may not dispense an equal amount of food.
The feeder supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi. Keep the feeder close to your router for a better WiFi connection. The ideal range is within 6 meters (19.7 feet) without obstacles and walls. A 2.4GHz WiFi connection is recommended when distance is great or obstacles are present.
Supports iPhones running iOS 10.0 or later and Android smartphones running Android 5.0 or later.
On the "Manual" page in the app, choose the desired portion, then tap the "Feed" icon. The feeder will dispense food immediately.
On the "Schedule" page, tap the "Add" icon, then choose feeding time, feeding days, and feeding portions.
On the "Log" page, you can view feeding records and abnormal notifications.
Tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner, go to "Recording", then tap the "Add" icon. Follow on-screen instructions to record a meal call and set its playback times. Note: The device only keeps the latest recording; a new recording automatically deletes the old one.
Tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner, then go to "Factory Reset". The device will emit a "di" sound and a "didi" sound. The WiFi indicator will flash rapidly (resetting) then slowly (ready for reconnection).
Tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner, then go to "Share Device" > "Add Sharing". To add the feeder to another person's mobile phone, they must download the app and register a new account. Ensure both accounts are registered in the same country.
Tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner, then go to "Remove Device" > "Disconnect".
Tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the top right corner, then go to "FAQ & Feedback". Check frequently asked questions or submit questions and feedback.
It is recommended to clean the feeder regularly for your pet's health.
The washable parts include: lid, food tank, tank base, stainless steel bowl, and bowl holder. Use a dry cloth to clean remaining parts.
If kibble is in the food bowl, handle it gently to avoid spilling. Hold the base instead of other parts when lifting the feeder.
This section addresses common issues. If problems persist, contact PETLIBRO customer service at support@petlibro.com.
