Product Description & Operation
Operating Principles
The damper is open in the standby position.
It opens upon command from the Fire Safety System (CMSI) or the thermal probe, moving to the safety (closed) position.
It can be reset remotely via the motorization.
Application Areas
Fire dampers intended for tertiary buildings (ERP, IGH - public access buildings, high-rise buildings).
They maintain the fire resistance rating of partitions penetrated by a ventilation duct.
Equipped with a default thermal fuse triggering at 70°C.
Controllable by electromagnetic coil: 24/48VDC fail-safe, 24VCC or 48VCC fail-secure.
Reset motor: 24-48 VCC/VDC.
Fire resistance rating up to 120 minutes on all standard partitions.
ISONE® 2.1 Rectangular PM: (Width x Height): from 200x100 to 800x600 mm.
ISONE® 2.1 Rectangulaire GM: (Width x Height): Width ≥ 800, Height ≥ 600, up to 1500x500 / 1000x1000 mm.
Installation
Suitable for: New construction, Renovation, Tertiary premises.
Installation without sealing on lightweight partitions, even with a post-mounted frame.
Recessed mounting on:
- Concrete/cellular concrete walls/slabs.
- Plasterboard walls.
- Type A (1h) and Type F (2h) plasterboards.
Remote mounting on PROMAT / GEOSTAF using the EASYNSTAL kit.
Positioning on lightweight partitions using the installation brackets.
Kit Easynstall for simplified installation of rectangular dampers in Type A lightweight partitions (60 minutes).
Adaptation piece for connection to rectangular ducts.
EXAP EN 15882-2:2015, rules X.45 and X.46: extended recess dimensions.
Respect fire classification reports during installation.

Operating Principle
The diagram illustrates the components of the ISONE® 2.1 fire damper:
- 1: Installation bracket: The component used to secure the damper to the partition.
