Operation Principle
The damper is open in standby position. It opens upon order from the CMSI (Fire Safety Control System) or thermal probe, moving to the safety (closed) position. It can be reset remotely via motorization.
Product Description
Fire dampers intended for tertiary buildings (ERP, IGH). They restore the fire resistance of partitions traversed by a ventilation duct. Equipped with a thermal fuse tripping at 70°C by default. Controllable by an electromagnetic coil (24/48VDC emission, 24VCC or 48VCC break) or a reset motor (24-48 VCC/VDC). Fire rating up to 120 minutes on all common partitions.
Available Sizes:
- ISONE® 2.1 Rectangular PM: (LxH): from 200x100 to 800x600 mm.
- ISONE® 2.1 Rectangular GM: (LxH): L≥800, H≥600, up to 1500x500 / 1000x1000 mm.

Implementation (Installation)
Installation without sealing on light partitions, even with a post-mounted frame. Recessed mounting on concrete/cellular concrete walls/slabs, plasterboard walls, and plasterboard type A (1h) and type F (2h). Remote mounting is possible on PROMAT / GEOSTAF using the EASYNSTAL kit. Positioning on light partitions is facilitated by installation brackets. The Easynstall kit simplifies the installation of rectangular dampers in light partition type A (60 minutes). An adaptation piece is available for connection to oblong ducts. Adherence to EXAP EN 15882-2:2015, rules X.45 and X.46 for extended recess dimensions is required. Fire classification reports must be respected during installation.

- Concrete Wall: Required opening: X+80 x Y+80 mm.
- Concrete Slab: Required opening: X+145 x Y+145 mm.
- Plasterboard Partition (120 minutes): Required opening: X+70 x Y+70 mm.
- Light Partition (120 minutes): Required opening: X+70 x Y+70 mm, with a minimum clearance of 98 mm.
- Light Partition (60 minutes) with Easynstall kit: Required opening: X+70 x Y+70 mm, with a minimum clearance of 98 mm.
Principle of Operation - Component Breakdown
The damper's operation involves the following key components:
- 1: Installation bracket: Secures the damper to the partition.
