How to Find the Model Number on Your Thermostat
Follow these simple steps to locate the model number on your thermostat:
Step 1: Remove the front cover.
Carefully detach the front cover of the thermostat unit.
Step 2: Locate the model number as shown below.
Once the front cover is removed, you will see a label with the thermostat's specifications, including the model number. The model number for this unit is 1F95-1280.
The thermostat displays the current time (12:00 PM), day (Thu), and set temperature (70°F). It indicates the system mode (System: Heat, Fan: Auto) and status (System On). It also shows a battery indicator and a menu button.
On the back of the thermostat, you can find wiring terminals labeled L, Y2, Y, G, RC, RH, C, and others like +/-, S, A1, W2, W/E, 6. A magnified view shows the product information:
