Video Intercom Villa Door Station
Quick Start Guide
1 Appearance
The door station features the following components:
- 1 Microphone: For audio input.
- 2 Indicator: Displays status (Unlock: Green, Call: Orange, Communicate: White).
- 3 Camera: Captures video feed.
- 4 Loudspeaker: For audio output.
- 5 Button: For calling the indoor station.
- 6 Card Reading Area: For presenting access cards.
- 7 IR Light: Provides illumination in low-light conditions.
- 8 Micro SD Card Slot (Reserved): For storage expansion.
- 9 Network Interface: For connecting to the network (LAN).
- 10 Terminals: For wiring connections.
Note: The debugging port is used for debugging only.
2 Terminal and Wiring Description
2.1 Terminal Description
The door station has various terminals for connection:

Note: Before accessing to the Door Contact, select Input as Door Status in I/O Settings page first.

2.2 Wiring Description
2.2.1 Door Lock Wiring
The door station supports connection to door locks via relay outputs. Terminal NC1/COM1 is set as default for magnetic lock/electric bolt, while NO1/COM1 is for electric strike. For terminal NO2/COM2/NC2, configuration via iVMS-4200 client software is required for electric lock connection.
2.2.2 Door Contact Wiring
Connect the door contact sensor to the AI1 or AI2 terminals. The status of the door can be monitored.
2.2.3 Exit Button Wiring
Connect the exit button to the AI3 or AI4 terminals. Pressing the button allows exiting.
2.2.4 Alarm Input Device Wiring
Connect alarm input devices to the AI terminals for monitoring external alarms.
3 Installation Accessory
The following accessories are included for installation:
- Mounting Template: Used to mark drilling points on the wall.
- Mounting Plate: Secures the door station to the wall. The dimension of the mounting plate is 174 mm x 83.66 mm x 18 mm.
4 Installation
The video intercom villa door station supports surface mounting. Ensure all related equipment is power-off during installation. Tools required: Drill (ø2.846) and gradienter. A protective shield should be purchased before installation if needed.
Surface Mounting without Protective Shield
- Stick the mounting template on the wall and drill screw holes according to the template. Remove the template.
- Secure the mounting plate on the wall with 4 supplied screws.
- Secure the device on the mounting plate with 4 supplied set screws.
- Fix the cover onto the device with the screw.
Surface Mounting with Protective Shield
- Stick the mounting template on the wall and drill screw holes according to the template. Remove the template.
- Align the protective shield with the mounting template.
- Secure the mounting plate on the wall with 4 supplied screws.
- Secure the device on the mounting plate with 4 supplied set screws.
- Fix the cover onto the device with the screw.
Flush Mounting without Protective Shield
- Stick the mounting template on the wall. Drill the hole according to the mounting template. Remove the template. The suggested hole size is 169.4 mm x 86.2 mm x 33.5 mm.
- Install the gang box into the hole with 4 screws.
- Insert the device into the gang box and secure it with 4 supplied screws.
- Fix the cover onto the device with the screw.
Flush Mounting with Protective Shield
- Stick the mounting template on the wall. Drill the hole according to the mounting template. Remove the template. The suggested hole size is 169.4 mm x 86.2 mm x 33.5 mm.
- Install the gang box into the hole with 4 screws.
- Align the protective shield with the gang box.
- Insert the device into the gang box and secure it with 4 supplied screws.
- Fix the cover onto the device with the screw.
Recommended Installation Height
The recommended installation height for the camera is between 1.4 m and 1.6 m from the ground. This ensures optimal viewing angles, with a horizontal field of view of 124° and a vertical field of view of 75°. The highest point of the device can reach up to 1.98 m, while the lowest visible point is 1.02 m when mounted at the lower end of the recommended height range.
5 Configuration via Web
1 Activate Device via Web
The device requires activation with a strong password before use. Default parameters: IP Address: 192.0.0.65, Port: 8000, User Name: admin.
- Power on the device and connect it to the network.
- Enter the device's IP address into a web browser to access the activation page. (Note: The computer and device must be on the same subnet.)
- Create and enter a password.
- Confirm the password.
- Click OK to activate.
Note: Device activation is necessary for basic operation and remote configuration.
2 Access to the Device by Web Browsers
- Enter the device's IP address in the browser's address bar and press Enter to reach the login page.
- Enter the user name and password, then click Login.
3 Communicate with Indoor Station
- Navigate to Settings -> Intercom -> Press Button to Call.
- Set parameters, including call numbers for each button. The 'Call Management Center' option, if checked and configured, has higher priority than individual call numbers.
- Press the button to call the indoor station.
4 Issue Card
- Navigate to User settings and click Add -> Add Card.
- Present the M1 card on the card reading area.
- A confirmation window will appear upon successful card issuance.
Note: Only M1 cards are supported. Up to 10,000 cards can be managed. A voice prompt indicates when the limit is reached.
5 Unlock Door
After issuing cards, present an authorized card at the card reading area to unlock the door.
