Promotion Overview
This document outlines the official rules and conditions for the Samsung promotion concerning the purchase of Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Classic, Galaxy Watch8, and Galaxy Watch Ultra devices. The promotion is organized by Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH and is valid for users in the Republic of Albania.
Promotion Period and Eligibility
The promotion runs from July 9, 2025, to July 24, 2025, or until supplies last. Eligible participants are individuals and legal entities residing or registered in Albania, purchasing the devices for personal use, not for resale.
Gifts and Purchase Conditions
Purchasers of specific Samsung Galaxy Watch models during the promotional period will receive a complimentary gift:
- Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Classic (46mm): Athleisure strap (Model ET-SOL33LMEGEU)
- Samsung Galaxy Watch8 (40/44mm): Fabric strap (Model ET-SVL33LMEGEU)
- Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra* (47mm): Trail strap (Model ET-SVL70MOEGEU)
To qualify, purchases must be made from Samsung's authorized retail partners in Albania, and the purchase must be successfully registered online at www.samsung.com/al/offer/preorder-watch8-watch8-classic-watch-ultra-2025 by August 30, 2025.
Purchase Registration
Successful registration requires providing personal details such as name, email address, delivery address, and the serial number of the purchased device, along with a scan of the fiscal receipt or delivery note. Consent for data processing is mandatory for registration.
Gift Delivery
Gifts will be delivered to the registered address in Albania no later than October 31, 2025, at the organizer's expense. Failure to accept the gift within six months of the designated delivery date may result in forfeiture of the right to the gift.
