Cooking Guidelines

• Place ingredients in the base without overfilling. We recommend cutting foods into similar sizes for even cooking.
• Place the cover on the base and make sure that the groovy pattern on the cover and base handles are correctly aligned.
• Put the covered Micro Healthy Delight in the microwave oven at 650 watts for no longer than 10 min OR at max 900 watts for no longer than 5 min. Please refer to the recommended time and wattage conditions defined in the TW recipes. For better results, we recommend using medium power levels (650 watts or 50% power if so indicated on your microwave). Not following these recommendations may damage your product.
• Remove your Micro Healthy Delight carefully from your microwave oven by holding it with both hands safely placed on the handles. We recommend wearing oven gloves.
• Always allow for a standing time of 2 minutes.
• You can easily serve your preparation using the Tupperware® KPT Silicone Spatula.

• Always make sure to wash your new product before first use.
• Use the cooking guidelines included in this leaflet.
• To avoid white spots, refrain from cooking in the Micro Healthy Delight using cream, butter or any other fat. When using fatty ingredients such as ham, cheese, olives, etc., we recommend adjusting your microwave to low power levels and adding eggs or juicy vegetables to avoid white spots or staining in your product. White spots will not affect the performance of the product and are not covered by the Tupperware warranty.
• Always refer to the instruction booklet of your microwave manufacturer for appropriate product usage. If you have a turntable plate, make sure the Micro Healthy Delight fits on it AND that the turntable plate effectively turns.
• The Tupperware® Micro Healthy Delight is safe for food temperatures from 0°C to 120°C. Do not use in the freezer. Do not use to cook foods at higher temperatures.
• Do not use in the microwave oven for more than 10 min. at 650 watts at a time. Let the product and the microwave oven cool down before re-using.
• Contents will be hot after cooking. Use both hands and oven gloves when removing from the microwave.
• Always remove the cover away from you so the steam does not burn your fingers.
• To avoid staining, we recommend that you avoid adding colouring spices to the preparation before placing the Micro Healthy Delight in the microwave. Staining will not affect the performance of the product and it is not covered by the Tupperware warranty.
• Eating from the base may scratch your product. Scratches do not affect the product's performance and are not covered by the Tupperware warranty.
• Allow food to cool down with the cover off before replacing the cover and storing in your refrigerator. To reheat your food, add a small amount of water, place the covered product in the microwave and reheat at max 650 watts for max 3 min. at a time. If needed, stop and stir before adding additional time to ensure even reheating.
• Always rinse the container in cold water immediately after use to help prevent strong food smells or stains. All components are dishwasher safe.
• Do not use abrasive or sharp utensils to mix, clean or serve.
• The Micro Healthy Delight is for microwave use only; do not use it on the stove top, in a conventional oven or under a grill.
