The promotion period runs from Friday, July 25 through Monday, August 11. Qualifying machines include specific Nespresso VERTUO POP+ models, with a detailed list available separately. Advertising under this promotion encompasses print, television, radio, and online channels. Qualifying sales must occur within the United States, be from in-store or approved drop-ship inventory, meet the Minimum Advertised Promotional Retail Price, and fall within the promotion period.
Key terms and restrictions include adherence to the Minimum Advertised Promotional Retail Price, with violations potentially leading to disqualification. The promotion cannot be combined with offers on compatible capsules for Nespresso Original Line machines. Brand integrity is paramount, requiring compatible capsules to be displayed at least 20 feet away from qualifying machines in retail settings.
To receive promotional support, retailers must meet the Minimum Advertised Promotional Retail Price and submit final proof of sales by September 19, 2025. Post-audit requests for deductions should be submitted to Post-Audit-Requests@nespresso.com with specific required information.
Retailers retain the authority to set consumer prices and independently decide whether to participate in the promotion. For machines covered by the MAP Policy and this promotion, these terms supersede the MAP Policy.
