Important Safety Notes

• Place the cargo barrier in the vehicle with the mesh to the rear.
• Always check for fuel lines etc. before drilling and always use a drill stop.
• Check over systematically to make sure they are all tight.

Installation Steps

Top Mounting

Secure the grab handle bracket supplied into the M6 captives located in the side can't rail above the doors using M6x20mm set screws and M6x20 washers. Secure one end of the 400mm slight offset bracket to the top tag on the barrier using an M10x20mm set screws and an M10 whiz nut. Secure the other end of the 400mm slight offset bracket to the 10mm thread protruding out on the grab handle bracket using an M10 whiz nut.

Base Mounting

Remove the two luggage tie down points closest to the Cargo Barrier. Secure one end of the 150mm offset bracket to the base tags on the Cargo Barrier using an M10x20mm set screw and an M10 whiz nut. Secure the other end of the 150mm offset bracket to the existing hole from the luggage tie down point using the existing bolt.
