INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE: ALWAYS CHECK FOR FUEL LINES ETC BEFORE DRILLING AND ALWAYS USE A DRILL STOP. ?

General Steps

1. Apply STICK ADHESIVE TAPE AROUND EDGE OF THE WINDOW.
2. SECURE THE WINDOW TO THE SEALED PARTITION ON THE CARGO SIDE OF THE SEALED PARTITION USING M8X16MM BOLT, RUBBER WASHERS BETWEEN THE M8x16MM BOLT WINDOW AND M8 NYLOCK NUTS ON THE CARGO SIDE OF THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE PARTITION.
3. SECURE THE RUBBER SEAL AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE PARTITION.
4. PLACE THE PARTITION IN THE VEHICLE WITH THE MOUNTING TAGS FACING TO THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE.

Base Mounting

Secure one end of the 39 Z brackets to the base mounting tags on the Partition using an M10x20mm set screw and an M10 whiz nut. Locate the two M8 captives in the vehicle floor that correspond with the mounting tags on the Cargo Barrier. Secure the other end of the 39 Z bracket into the M8 captives in the vehicle floor using the existing fixing.

Top Mounting

Secure one end of the 150mm offset bracket to the top tag on the Partition using an M10x20mm set screw and an M10 whiz nut. (Make sure the Partition is in a vertical position or the desired fitting position). Project the 150mm offset bracket straight back towards the rear of the vehicle until it meets with the vehicle cantrail. Mark with a permanent marker through the hole on the 150mm offset bracket onto the cantrail in the vehicle. Please see below for the concealed mount measuring and drilling distances.

Concealed Mount Steps

1. Drill holes as shown below.
2. Slide the concealed mounting plate into position, place the plastic cover over the top and secure with the canoe clip.
3. Align the holes in the plastic cover with the panel and the mounting plate.
4. Secure the 150mm offset bracket into the concealed mounting plate using an M10x30mm set screw.

Please note: The M10 bolt that needs to be used is the M10x30mm set screw.

FINAL CHECK: CHECK OVER FIXINGS SYSTEMATICALLY TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE ALL TIGHT. ✔️

Attachment Point: A hole with a 10 mm Diameter is indicated.

A distance of 30 mm is shown between two points.

Another hole with a 20 mm Diameter is indicated.
