1. Getting Started
Battery Insertion: Insert the CR2032 battery or remove the insulating strip.
Scale Placement: Place the scale on a secure, flat surface.
Unit Selection: The scale can be switched to alternative units of measurement (KG/LB/ST).
2. Weighing
Operation:
- Step onto the scale.
- Stand still whilst being weighed. ⚠️
The scale automatically switches off after approximately 10 seconds of inactivity.
3. Error Messages
The scale may display error messages, such as "Battery empty" or "Maximum weight capacity exceeded".
4. General Advice

Notes on Handling Batteries
- If battery fluid contacts skin or eyes, flush with water and seek medical assistance.
- Choking hazard! Keep batteries out of reach of small children.
- Observe polarity (+ / -).
- If a battery leaks, wear protective gloves and clean the compartment with a dry cloth.
- Protect batteries from excessive heat.
- Risk of explosion! Do not throw batteries into fire.
- Do not charge or short-circuit batteries.
- Remove batteries if the device is not used for a long period.
- Use identical or equivalent battery types only.
- Always replace all batteries at the same time.
- Do not use rechargeable batteries.
- Do not disassemble, split, or crush batteries.
- Dispose of used, completely discharged batteries through designated collection points or electronics retailers.
Environmental Protection & Disposal
To protect the environment, do not dispose of the device with household waste at the end of its life. Dispose of it at appropriate collection points or recycling centers according to local regulations and the WEEE directive.
