Samsung "Plan Estreno y Entrego" Promotional Activity Terms and Conditions

I. Identification of the Promotion

Promotion Name: "Plan Estreno y Entrego" for purchases on Online Channels (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: PROMOTION valid from June 24, 2025, to July 31, 2025, or until stocks last, whichever occurs first.

Applicable Territory: PROMOTION valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels: PROMOTION valid in online channels of Participating Authorized Stores, as defined below.

II. Preliminary Considerations

This document sets forth the terms, conditions, and restrictions that will govern the persons (“CUSTOMER” and collectively the “CUSTOMERS”) who participate in the PROMOTION (hereinafter “T&C”). Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these T&C. These T&C can be consulted by visiting https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/.

III. Specific Promotion Conditions

1. Object: For the purchase of one (1) Samsung product from the “Mobile Devices” category (excluding headphones, Samsung Galaxy S24 256GB, and Samsung S24 FE 256GB) available in the Participating Authorized Stores at the time of purchase (hereinafter the “PRODUCT”), the CUSTOMER may deliver to ASSURANT one (1) used device of their property that corresponds to one of the references and brands indicated in the "Estreno y Entrego" pop-up in the Participating Authorized Stores and/or in Annex 1 (by clicking on "others" in the pop-up for the latter case) (the “Used Device”). In exchange, if the requirements and instructions established in numeral 6 of this point III of these T&C are met, the CUSTOMER will receive an offer for their Used Device and, if accepted, the money will be transferred to the CUSTOMER’s bank account (the “BENEFIT”). The offered value and, consequently, the possible BENEFIT, will depend on the condition of the Used Device. Additionally, if the CUSTOMER uses the PROMOTION, they may receive a discount from SAMSUNG, subject to the availability of each Participating Authorized Store and only on the products specified in numeral 3 of these T&C. This discount can be used for the purchase of the PRODUCT with which they will participate in the trade-in program through the Participating Authorized Store. The value of this discount will depend on the PRODUCT they wish to acquire and should be consulted directly at the Participating Authorized Store, where it will be reflected in the shopping cart for the product (“SAMSUNG BONUS”). This is subject to the CUSTOMER complying with all the requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.
2. Participating Authorized Stores: The Participating Authorized Stores for the PROMOTION are as follows:
   a. Online Channels: https://www.samsung.com/co/
3. Products and Units: The products (hereinafter “PRODUCTS”) are detailed in the Participating Authorized Stores in the “Mobile Devices” category (excluding headphones), without prejudice to the purchase of the PRODUCT being subject to its availability in the Participating Authorized Stores at the time of purchase for the program with ASSURANT. For the SAMSUNG BONUS, the participating products are as follows:

4. Customers: CUSTOMERS of the PROMOTION are natural persons over 18 years of age who comply with all the requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.

5. Mechanics: CUSTOMERS can access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of the Participating Authorized Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT, within the dates of the PROMOTION, paying with any authorized means by each Participating Authorized Store.

To access the PROMOTION, the CUSTOMER must consider the following mechanics:

1. The CUSTOMER must log in to the online channel of the Participating Authorized Store they have access to.
2. Once logged into the Participating Authorized Store, the CUSTOMER must select the PRODUCT they wish to purchase and click on "buy now".
3. The CUSTOMER will select the PRODUCT characteristics according to their preference, must scroll down until they find the "Estreno y Entrego" notice and must select the option "yes, please" to initiate the "Estreno y Entrego" process.
4. Automatically, the page will display a pop-up, where the CUSTOMER must select the type of Used Device they will deliver and identify its characteristics, and where the CUSTOMER can see the maximum amount (non-binding) they could receive for the Used Device, in case ASSURANT makes an offer for it. Additionally, a series of questions will be displayed to determine the condition of the used device and will request the entry of the fifteen (15) digit IMEI number, to then accept the trade-in plan policies, and continue with the purchase.
5. If the characteristics of the Used Device are not included in the dropdown list that appears in the pop-up, the CUSTOMER must select the "others" option, and must verify in these T&C, in Annex 1, if the Used Device they intend to deliver is eligible for the BENEFIT. In case the BENEFIT is not applicable because the Used Device is not included in Annex 1 of these T&C, the CUSTOMER will still receive the SAMSUNG BONUS from SAMSUNG, but will not have to send the Used Device to ASSURANT. In both cases, the CUSTOMER must click on "continue with purchase".
6. The CUSTOMER must verify that the SAMSUNG BONUS has been effectively applied to the purchase and must follow the steps to complete the purchase.
7. To receive the BENEFIT, the CUSTOMER must follow the instructions established in numeral 6 of this point III of these T&C for this purpose.

6. Special Conditions for the BENEFIT: The BENEFIT will have the following special conditions:

1. The promotion is NOT cumulative with any other promotion.
2. ASSURANT will recognize the BENEFIT provided that the Used Device meets the following conditions:

• The Used Device must be included in the list of brands and models provided in the pop-up of the Participating Authorized Stores and/or in Annex 1 of these T&C.
• It must be able to turn on, function normally, and make a call.
• It must not be damaged to the point that it affects its expected functionality or have engravings or personalizations.
• The Used Device, at the time of being sent to ASSURANT, must be restored to factory mode, without content, information, or data. In the event that the CUSTOMER delivers a Used Device containing information or data, the CUSTOMER would be authorizing ASSURANT to delete all content, in order to proceed with the evaluation of the Used Device's condition.
• The Used Device, at the time of being sent to ASSURANT, must not have associated accounts (e.g., Find My iPhone, iCloud, etc.), nor should it have access passwords, locks, or others.
• The Used Device cannot be reported on "blacklists" of devices with blocked IMEIs, such as: imeicolombia, GSMA, etc.
• The IMEI of the Used Device provided in the Participating Authorized Store must match the data of the Used Device delivered to ASSURANT.

In case of complying with the conditions indicated above and accepting ASSURANT’s offer, the transfer of the BENEFIT will take place within five (5) to fifteen (15) business days, counted from the CUSTOMER’s submission of acceptance and all requested documentation for this purpose.

d. The SAMSUNG BONUS has a maximum of one (1) redemption per purchase.

e. The information required to receive the BENEFIT must be solely from the CUSTOMER participating in the PROMOTION.

f. Third-party current accounts or incomplete documentation will not be accepted to receive the BENEFIT.

g. The BENEFIT will be determined by ASSURANT, taking into account the condition of the Used Device.

h. If the CUSTOMER wishes to receive more information about the condition and valuation of the Used Devices, they should contact the following email: estrenoyentrego@assurant.com.

i. If the Used Device is not functional and/or does not meet the conditions in sections a) and d) of this numeral, the BENEFIT will not be applicable, and the Used Device will be sent back to the CUSTOMER at the address registered at the time of purchasing the PRODUCT.

j. The BENEFIT will not be applicable if the CUSTOMER exercises their right of withdrawal from the PRODUCT. Therefore, if they have sent their Used Device, it will be returned to the address registered by the CUSTOMER.

k. This PROMOTION will only be cumulative with other current promotions that expressly state so.

Additionally, the CUSTOMER must take into account the following instructions to obtain the BENEFIT:

1. Within four (4) business days following the purchase of the PRODUCT, ASSURANT will send a message to the email address that the CUSTOMER registered in the purchase. This email will inform them of the applicable instructions within the program, and specifically, the steps to follow and the conditions to consider for the CUSTOMER’s shipment of the Used Device.
2. Likewise, within five (5) business days following the purchase of the PRODUCT, the CUSTOMER will receive a packaging kit from SAMSUNG at the registered address to package the Used Device and send it to ASSURANT.
3. The CUSTOMER must delete all personal information from the Used Device, deactivating any locks and accounts (such as Find My iPhone / iCloud / Samsung ID / Google ID).
4. The CUSTOMER must package the Used Device in the packaging kit, print the logistics guide that ASSURANT sends to the CUSTOMER in the aforementioned email, and deliver the Used Device at the branch of the shipping company defined by ASSURANT in the sent email.
5. The CUSTOMER must deliver the Used Device to the shipping company within five (5) business days following the confirmation by the shipping company that the packaging kit has been delivered to the CUSTOMER. In case the CUSTOMER does not ship the Used Device within the term established herein, it will be understood that the CUSTOMER waives the BENEFIT.
6. Once the Used Device is received, ASSURANT will evaluate it, following the parameters to determine if the BENEFIT is applicable, and in such case, the value that will be offered to the CUSTOMER for the Used Device. In case the CUSTOMER requires more information about the evaluation of the Used Device, the CUSTOMER may request it from ASSURANT by sending an email to estrenoyentrego@assurant.com.
7. If the Used Device is not applicable for the BENEFIT, either due to its condition or for not meeting the conditions established in these T&C, the CUSTOMER will receive an email within five (5) business days following its receipt by ASSURANT, indicating that the Used Device will be returned to the CUSTOMER at the address registered in the PRODUCT purchase.
8. However, if the Used Device is eligible for the BENEFIT, ASSURANT will send the CUSTOMER an email within five (5) business days of receiving it from ASSURANT, which includes the offer corresponding to the Used Device, indicating its purchase value, the Used Device transfer contract, and the details of the documents that must be submitted by the CUSTOMER in case of accepting the offer.
9. The CUSTOMER must respond to this email within five (5) business days, indicating their acceptance of the offer, authorizing the processing of personal data by ASSURANT as the data processor for SAMSUNG, and must attach the following documents: a. The Used Device transfer contract sent by ASSURANT, duly signed. b. Copy of the national identity document. c. Bank certification of the CUSTOMER’s account to which ASSURANT will transfer the offer value.
10. In case of rejection or non-response to the offer within the established term, it will be understood that the CUSTOMER rejects the offer and, consequently, the process to receive the BENEFIT ends. ASSURANT will proceed to send the Used Device to the address registered by the CUSTOMER for the PROMOTION, and consequently, it is understood that the CUSTOMER waives the BENEFIT. In this case, the CUSTOMER will receive an email within five (5) business days, indicating that the Used Device will be returned.
11. In case any document mentioned in numeral viii above is missing or needs correction, the CUSTOMER will have three (3) business days after being notified by ASSURANT to send the missing and/or corrected documents.
12. After this period, if the missing or corrected documentation is not received, it will be understood that the CUSTOMER waives the BENEFIT, and consequently, ASSURANT will notify the CUSTOMER that the BENEFIT has been canceled and that their Used Device will be sent to the address registered at the time of purchasing the PRODUCT.
13. Once ASSURANT validates the information submitted by the CUSTOMER, ASSURANT will make the payment corresponding to the BENEFIT via bank transfer to the CUSTOMER’s own account indicated for this purpose, within a period of five (5) to fifteen (15) business days.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

1. Upon acquiring the PROMOTION, the CUSTOMER will be accepting in its entirety everything indicated in these T&C.
2. Each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, taking into account the applicable territory described in Section I “Identification of the Promotion” of these T&C.
3. For the case of the online channel, each Participating Authorized Store may determine, at its discretion, the totality of the conditions for the mode, time, and place of shipment and delivery of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. For this purpose, the CUSTOMER, before making their purchase, must contact the Participating Authorized Store where they intend to access the PROMOTION to obtain more information about the delivery and shipment of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.
4. The CUSTOMER acknowledges and accepts that, if the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Participating Authorized Stores will provide the CUSTOMER with the product in the color that is available.
5. The available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document; therefore, if they are exhausted before the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will terminate.
6. The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided that SAMSUNG is the producer of these. If any PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT of the PROMOTION has a producer different from SAMSUNG, the applicable warranty will be the one established by the producer of the PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT in question.
7. If the CUSTOMER exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the purchased PRODUCT, provided that said PRODUCT is subject to withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if the latter has already been delivered. The withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and in accordance with the indications established by each Participating Authorized Store.
8. The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card payments, nor for any other transaction or benefit different from what is described in the T&C.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason, for which the update of the T&C will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/, and it will be understood that by this publication, CUSTOMERS are notified and therefore, these conditions are applicable to the CUSTOMERS of the PROMOTION.
10. SAMSUNG and the Participating Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION AND the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Consequently, and in case of any claim regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, said claim will be attended through the SAMSUNG Call Center, through the WhatsApp number (+57) 3138698800, or through the customer service channels of each of the Participating Authorized Stores.
11. When one or all of the Participating Authorized Stores correspond to SAMSUNG’s online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the security of CUSTOMERS’ personal information. For these purposes, SAMSUNG uses various security technologies and procedures that help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. For example, personal information provided is stored in limited access systems, located in controlled facilities. For more information, CUSTOMERS can consult the data protection policy at https://www.samsung.com/co/proteccion_de_datos/.
12. When one or all of the Participating Authorized Stores correspond to a store other than SAMSUNG’s online channel, the respective Participating Authorized Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected under the PROMOTION, for which the CUSTOMER may consult the personal data protection policy of the Participating Authorized Store on its website. The Participating Authorized Stores commit to protecting the security of CUSTOMERS’ personal information. For their part, SAMSUNG acts as the processor of the data collected under the PROMOTION, which is why their processing will be carried out in accordance with the personal data protection policy of the corresponding Participating Authorized Store.
13. These T&C respond to and comply with Colombian laws.
