Your Warranty Rights with Xiaomi
As a Xiaomi consumer, you may benefit from additional warranties under certain conditions. Xiaomi offers specific consumer warranty benefits that supplement, but do not replace, any legal warranties provided by your national consumer law. The duration and conditions for these legal warranties are governed by respective local laws.

Scope and Limitations
Unless prohibited by law or otherwise promised by Xiaomi, after-sales services are limited to the country or region of original purchase.
Under the consumer warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Xiaomi will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund your product.
The following are not covered by warranty:
- Normal wear and tear
- Force majeure (acts of God)
- Abuse or damage caused by user's negligence or fault
Contacting for Service
The contact person for after-sale service may be any individual within Xiaomi's authorized service network, an authorized Xiaomi distributor, or the final vendor who sold you the product. If you have any doubts, please contact the relevant person identified by Xiaomi.
Territorial Exclusions
These present warranties do not apply in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Products Not Covered
Products that were not duly imported, not duly manufactured by Xiaomi, or not duly acquired from Xiaomi or an official Xiaomi seller are not covered by these warranties. As per applicable law, you may benefit from warranties provided by the non-official retailer who sold the product. Therefore, Xiaomi invites you to contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
Recycling Information
The symbol [PAP 22] indicates that the packaging material is recyclable.
