- Installation compliance and compatibility with all system components and the environment, including but not limited to roofing, system components, etc.
- Verification that all project information is accurate.
General Information
The Renogy Corner Bracket Mount (MTS-CB) provides drill-free and secure mounting for virtually any aluminum-framed solar panels onto flat surfaces. The MTS-CB elevates the solar panel to an optimal height, creating an air gap that enhances panel output performance. Additionally, the mounts function as a wind deflector while maintaining this air gap. The MTS-CB facilitates a cleaner and more flexible installation process on most motorhomes, caravans, or boats.
Key Features
- Non-corrosive, long-lasting, high-quality ABS plastic construction.
- 100% recyclable and UV resistant.
- Drill-free mounting.
- Designated for virtually any aluminum-framed solar panels.
- Best suited for flat roofs of smooth aluminum, wood, or GRP material.
- Easier and more flexible installation.
- Compatible with all Renogy solar panels.

Installation
NOTE: These instructions serve as a simple guideline for installing the corner bracket mounts. Actual installations may vary with adhesive type or roof type. Consult your adhesive manufacturer for proper instructions regarding ABS plastic and your specific roof material.
Recommended tools to have before installation:
- Assembly Adhesive (e.g., Sikaflex-252)
- Caulking gun
- Masking Tape
- Hand Pads (e.g., Scotchbrite Pads)
- Spirit Level
- Tape Measure
WARNING: Assembly adhesives contain hazardous chemicals that can be detrimental to one's health. Ensure adherence to the manufacturer's handling and care instructions when using assembly adhesives.
1. Mate Corner Brackets to Solar Panel
- Apply adhesive to the top side of the corner bracket where the panel will be installed.
- Match the corner bracket to the solar panel corner.
- Apply pressure to ensure proper contact.
- Repeat for the other 3 corner brackets.
NOTE: Adhere to adhesive manufacturer specifications for application and drying time.

2. Mate Side Bracket to Solar Panel
- Apply adhesive to the top side of the side bracket where the panel will be installed.
- Place the side bracket onto the solar panel side. Adjust for symmetry as needed.
- Apply pressure to ensure proper contact.
- Repeat for the other side.
NOTE: Adhere to adhesive manufacturer specifications for application and drying time.

3. Apply Adhesive to the Brackets and Install on Flat Surface
NOTE: Always mark the intended location of the solar panel on the flat surface before proceeding to apply adhesive.
NOTE: Ensure the proper solar panel orientation so that the wires exit from the user's desired side.
- Clean the surface of the brackets and the flat surface to ensure maximum bonding potential.
- Apply adhesive to the bottom side of all brackets where they will contact the flat mounting surface.
- Apply pressure to ensure proper contact.
NOTE: Adhere to adhesive manufacturer specifications for application and drying time.
