General Information
The Renogy Corner Bracket Mount (MTS-CB) is designed for use with virtually any aluminum-framed solar panels, providing drill-free and secure mounting to flat surfaces. The MTS-CB elevates the solar panel to an optimal height, creating an air gap that enhances panel output performance. Additionally, the mounts function as a wind deflector while maintaining this air gap. The MTS-CB facilitates a cleaner and more flexible installation on most motorhomes, caravans, and boats.
Key Features
- Non-corrosive, long-lasting, high-quality ABS plastic construction.
- 100% recyclable and UV resistant.
- Drill-free mounting system.
- Designed for virtually any aluminum-framed solar panels.
- Best suited for flat roofs made of smooth aluminum, wood, or GRP material.
- Offers easier and more flexible installation.
- Compatible with all Renogy solar panels.
Identification of Components
The mounting kit includes the following components:
Part | Description | Quantity |

Installation
NOTE: These instructions serve as a simple guideline for installing the corner bracket mounts. Actual installations may vary based on adhesive type or roof type. Consult your adhesive manufacturer for proper instructions regarding ABS plastic application to a user-defined roof material.
Recommended Tools
- Assembly Adhesive (e.g., Sikaflex-252)
- Caulking gun
- Masking Tape
- Hand Pads (e.g., Scotchbrite Pads)
- Spirit Level
- Tape Measure
WARNING: Assembly adhesives contain hazardous chemicals that can be detrimental to health. Ensure adherence to the manufacturer's handling and care instructions when using assembly adhesives.
Step 1: Mate Corner Brackets to Solar Panel
- Apply adhesive to the top side of the corner bracket where the panel will be installed.
- Align the corner bracket with the solar panel corner.
