KALLHÄLL Table Assembly

This document provides instructions for assembling the KALLHÄLL table with storage by IKEA.

Assembly Steps

  1. Step 1: Insert two long rods (part 10067513) into the sides of the main storage unit. (➡️)
  2. Step 2: Secure the rods by inserting screws (part 130718) from the outside of the storage unit. (?)
  3. Step 3: Attach the four vertical leg pieces (part 114418) to the corners of the main storage unit using screws (part 131996). (⬆️ ?)
  4. Step 4: Attach the two horizontal support beams (part 10058890/10087189) to the upper part of the vertical legs using screws (part 100356) and an Allen key (part 10067513). (↔️ ? ?)
  5. Step 5: Slide the two shelf panels (part 10058894/10087155) into the designated slots within the storage unit. (➡️)
  6. Step 6: Attach the base of the storage unit to the bottom of the legs using screws (part 100372). (⬇️ ?)
  7. Step 7: Attach the two upper horizontal support beams (part 10058891/10087152) to the top of the vertical legs using screws (part 10081198) and an Allen key (part 10067513). (⬆️ ? ?)
  8. Step 8: Attach the eight reinforcing brackets (part 10058895/10087185) to the legs using screws (part 10005601). (? ?)
  9. Step 9: Place the two cylindrical caps (part 10081625/10087188) onto the top of the vertical legs. (?)
  10. Step 10: Attach the two connectors (part 10058890/10087189) to the top of the vertical legs. (?)
  11. Step 11: Attach the two horizontal support beams (part 10058894/10087155) to the top of the vertical legs using screws (part 10081692) and an Allen key (part 10067513). (↔️ ? ?)
  12. Step 12: Attach the table top support brackets (part 10058895/10087185) to the top of the legs using screws (part 10003444) and an Allen key (part 10067513). (⬆️ ? ?)
  13. Step 13: Attach the reinforcing brackets (part 10058897/10087190) to the legs using screws (part 100356). (? ?)
  14. Step 14: Place the three table top panels. Attach them to the support structure using screws (part 100181/10073700). (?️ ?)
  15. Step 15: Attach the four leg caps (part 114418) to the bottom of the legs using screws (part 109049). (? ?)
  16. Step 16: Attach the four hinges (part 100372) to the underside of the table top panels using screws (part 10081198 and 10005601). (⚙️ ?)
  17. Step 17: Attach the main storage unit assembly to the underside of the table top structure using screws (part 105100) and an Allen key (part 10067513). (⬆️ ? ?)
  18. Step 18: Slide the storage unit into its final position under the table top. (➡️)
  19. Step 19: Information and Final Touches
    • Tilt the table to access the underside. (↩️)
    • Slide the storage unit into place and secure with screws. (➡️ ?)
    • Fold down the table top. (⬇️)
