MAHANCRIS BK7401 Bookshelf Assembly Instructions
This document provides assembly instructions for the MAHANCRIS BK7401 bookshelf.
General Guidelines
- Please read the following instruction carefully and use the product accordingly.
- Please keep this manual and hand it over when you transfer the product.
- This summary may not include every detail of all variations and considered steps. Please contact MAHANCRIS when further information and help are needed.
Warnings
- Children are not allowed to assemble the product. During assembly, keep small parts out of the reach of children as they may be fatal if swallowed or inhaled.
- Children are not allowed to climb or stand on the product to avoid personal injury caused by the toppling.
- Keep plastic packing bags out of reach of children to avoid any potential danger, such as suffocation.
- Avoid sharp objects and corrosive chemicals to prevent damage to the product or the user.
- Please do not use the product if there is/are defective and/or missing part/s, as this can result in damage or injury.
Notes
- The item is only intended for indoor use. Personal injury and/or damage to the product may occur if products are used outside of their intended purposes and/or if products have been changed/modified from their original design. The product must be assembled and used in accordance with the provisions of the manual. MAHANCRIS does not assume any responsibility or liability with respect to any damage caused by incorrect assembly or improper use.
- Do not place it in a damp environment for extended periods of time to prevent mildew.
- During assembly, first loosely align all screws with the corresponding pre-drilled holes and then tighten the screws one by one.
- Periodically inspect screw tightness while the product is in use. If necessary, re-tighten to ensure structural integrity.

Assembly Steps
Step 1: Assemble Main Frame Sides
Description: Connect the main frame tubes. Loosely align all screws with pre-drilled holes, then tighten one by one. It is recommended to assemble on a flat surface like carpet.

Step 2: Attach Lower Supports
Description: Attach parts 3 and 4 to part 1, and part 5 to part 2, using hardware B (screws). A callout shows hardware B (screw and washer/nut).

Step 3: Attach More Lower Supports
Description: Attach parts 3 and 4 to part 1, and part 5 to part 2, using hardware C (bolts/screws). A callout shows hardware C (screw and washer/nut).

Step 4: Prepare Mesh Shelves
Description: Prepare the mesh shelves (parts 9 and 10) for installation. Arrows indicate sliding them into place.

Step 5: Attach Mesh Shelves
Description: Attach the mesh shelves (9 and 10) to the main frame (parts 1 and 2) using hardware B (8 screws). A callout shows hardware B (screw and washer/nut).

Step 6: Prepare Horizontal Bars
Description: Connect parts 6 and 7. Arrows indicate insertion.

Step 7: Attach Horizontal Bars
Description: Attach the horizontal bars (parts 6 and 7) to the main frame (parts 1 and 2) using hardware B (2 screws).

Step 8: Install Fabric Shelf Liners
Description: Slide the fabric shelf liners (part 11) onto the horizontal bars (part 7). Arrows indicate insertion.

Step 9: Attach Bottom Structure
Description: Attach the main frame structure to the bottom shelf/drawer support structure using hardware B (10 screws).

Step 10: Assemble Fabric Drawers
Description: Assemble the cloth drawers (part 12) and insert the bottom plates (part 13). Callouts show hardware D1 (knob) and D2 (screw) used for drawer assembly.

Step 11: Insert Drawers
Description: Insert the assembled fabric drawers (part 12) into their designated slots in the bookshelf.

Step 12: Wall Mounting (Optional)
Description: This product can be secured to a wall for added stability. It is equipped with two types of expansion screws (E) for different wall constructions (solid/concrete or hollow). Always check for hidden pipes and cables in the wall before drilling.
