Exploded View

An exploded view diagram shows all parts disassembled but arranged in their approximate positions for assembly. This view helps visualize how the different numbered panels (1-12) and hardware components fit together to form the final cabinet structure.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach hinge plates (F1x1) to panel 4 using screws (F2x2). Insert cam dowels (E1x6) into the pre-drilled holes on panel 4.

Note: It is recommended to complete the assembly on flat ground or carpet.

Step 2

Assemble the wall mounting brackets. Attach bracket components (M4-3) to panels 1 and 2 using screws (M1x8). Ensure correct orientation of the bracket parts.

Step 3

Insert cam dowels (E2x4) into panels 1 and 2. Align panels 1 and 2 with panel 4. Insert cam locks (L) into the corresponding holes on panel 4 and tighten to secure the panels.

Step 4

Align panel 3 with panels 1, 2, and 4. Insert cam dowels (E2x2) into panel 4. Insert cam locks (L) into the corresponding holes and tighten to secure panel 3.

Step 5

Attach the top panel (5) to the assembled side panels (1, 2, 3) using screws (B x6). Ensure the direction of the holes is noted for proper alignment.

Step 6

Attach the two support frames (11) to the top panel (5) using screws (C x4).

Step 7

Attach the bottom shelf (6) to the main structure using screws (D x2). Attach the towel bar (12) to the bottom shelf (6) using screws (C x4).

Step 8

Attach the back panel (7) to the main structure. Align the back panel with panels 1, 4, and 5. Secure using screws (J x4). It is recommended to use a household electric drill for this step.

Step 9

Continue attaching the back panel (7) to the side panels. Use a power drill to tighten screws (J x4) to connect the back panel securely to the side boards.

Step 10

Position the assembled cabinet on the wall where it will be installed. Use a level to ensure the cabinet is perfectly parallel to the floor. Mark the desired hole positions on the wall through the mounting brackets.

Step 11

Drill holes in the wall at the marked positions. The recommended drill bit diameter is 8mm (d=8mm). Insert wall anchors (M2x2) into the drilled holes.

Step 12

Insert wall screws (M3x2) into the wall anchors. Do not fully tighten the screws yet; leave approximately 15mm of the screw head exposed from the wall surface.

Step 13

Attach the wall mounting bracket parts (M4-1, M4-2) to the back of the cabinet. Carefully hook the cabinet onto the wall screws that were previously inserted.

Step 14

Insert shelf pins into the desired holes inside the cabinet. Place shelves (9 and 10) onto the pins. Note that there are three levels for height adjustment; please install according to your needs.

Step 15

Attach the hinge bracket (G1x1) and screw (G2x1) to the door (8). Attach the door stoppers (H x2) to the cabinet frame. Attach the door knob (K1x1) and screw (K2x1) to the door (8).

Step 16

Attach the door (8) to the cabinet by aligning the hinge parts and securing them. Ensure the door opens and closes smoothly.

Step 17

The MAHANCRIS WC1001 Bathroom Wall Cabinet is now fully assembled and ready for use.
