Important Safety Instructions
Read these instructions carefully. Only then can you use the appliance correctly and safely. Keep the operating and installation instructions for future reference or for any future owners.
Safety during use is only guaranteed with proper installation according to the installation instructions. The installer is responsible for flawless operation at the installation site.
Risk of injury!
If the appliance is not properly secured, it can fall. All fastening elements must be mounted securely and firmly.

The components inside the appliance may have sharp edges. The connection cable can be damaged. Do not bend or pinch the connection cable during installation.

Packaging material is dangerous for children. Never let children play with packaging material.
Installation
Note: For mounting the air recirculation module, the lower support frame of the hood must be mounted on the ceiling (refer to "Hood Installation Instructions").
- Remove the activated carbon filter and remove the foil - image 1.
- Secure the air recirculation module to the upper support frame with screws - image 2.
- Fasten the two corner brackets to the upper support frame with screws - image 3.
- The hose must be taut; shorten it if necessary - image 4.
Note: For the pipe connection, the lower support frame and the hood must be mounted. Suspend the appliance from below in the support frame. (refer to "Hood Installation Instructions")
- Insert the activated carbon filter - image 5.
- Fold down the retaining clip - image 6.
- Mount the chimney cover (refer to "Hood Installation Instructions").
- The slots of the inner chimney cover must be oriented downwards.
- Place the panels in a slightly tilted position and press them gently upwards. The holes in the panels should align with the fastening screws (1.) - image 7.
- Press the panels together until they audibly lock into each other (2.) - image 7.
Activated Carbon Filter for Recirculation Mode
Activated carbon filters capture odor substances in recirculation mode. With normal use (approx. 1 hour per day), replace the activated carbon filter once a year.
Note: Activated carbon filters do not contain harmful substances and can be disposed of with household waste.
