Assembly Instructions

Important Note: Do not remove all screws at the same time. Mount the supports one by one.

Step 1 & 2: Upper Supports Installation

Attach the upper left and right supports (ID 3 & 4) to the motorcycle using the specified screws (ID 7) and bushes (ID 8). Tightening torque: 27 Nm.

Step 3 & 4: Lower Supports Installation

Attach the lower left and right supports (ID 5 & 6) to the motorcycle using the specified screws (ID 7) and bushes (ID 8). Tightening torque: 27 Nm.

Step 5 & 6: Attaching the Semifairing to Upper Supports

Mount the semifairing (ID 1) onto the upper supports. Use screws (ID 7) and silentblocks (ID 9) for the upper part. Tightening torque: 27 Nm.

Step 7 & 8: Attaching the Semifairing to Lower Supports

Connect the semifairing (ID 1) to the lower supports. Use screws (ID 7) and silentblocks (ID 9) for the lower part. Tightening torque: 27 Nm.

Step 9: Installing the Screen

Attach the screen (ID 2) to the semifairing using screws (ID 11) and silentblocks (ID 13). Tightening torque: 2.5 Nm.

Step 10: Final Assembly

Mount the assembled semifairing and screen unit to the motorcycle. Use screws (ID 11) and bushes (ID 14) for the final attachment. Tightening torque: 3 Nm.

Step 11: Adjusting Fairing Position

If adjustment of the semifairing position is necessary, loosen screw ID 7 and adjust the position of the supports one by one.
