Product Diagram

The JOYROOM JR-CL18 is a car wireless FM transmitter consisting of a main unit and a car charger plug, connected by a coiled cable.

Main Unit Components:

• LED Display: Shows FM frequency (e.g., 106.8).
• Light Button/Channel Button: Used for adjusting LED brightness or changing channels.
• Microphone: For hands-free calls.
• BASS Button: Activates enhanced bass sound effect.
• TF Card Slot: For playing music from a TF card.
• Air Vent Clip: For attaching the device to car air vents.
• AUX Port: For wired audio connection.
• Next Button: Skips to the next track.
• Multifunctional Knob Button/Voice Assistant Button: Controls volume, answers/ends calls, and activates voice assistants (Siri, Google Assistant).

Car Charger Plug Components:

How to Use

Frequency Adjustment

Long press the Light/Channel button. The LED display will flash after 2 seconds. Rotate the multifunctional knob left or right to select the desired FM frequency.

Volume Adjustment

If the music volume is too low, you can:

1. Increase the volume on your phone.
2. Increase the volume on the FM transmitter by rotating the multifunctional knob.
3. Increase the volume on your car's audio system.

Call Handling

• Answer a Call: Short press the multifunctional knob button.
• End a Call: Short press the multifunctional knob button during a call.
• Reject a Call: Long press the multifunctional knob button for 2 seconds.

Voice Assistant

Long press the multifunctional knob button to activate Siri or Google Assistant.

Music Playback

• Press the Previous button ⏪ to skip to the previous song.
• Press the Next button ⏩ to skip to the next song.
• Press the multifunctional knob button ▶️⏸️ to pause music.
• Press the multifunctional knob button again to resume playing.

Sound Effect Switch

Short press the BASS button. "b1" will appear on the LED display, indicating that BASS mode is activated.

Mode Switching

Press and hold the multifunctional knob button for 2 seconds to switch between wireless (Bluetooth) and TF card playback modes.

Battery Voltage Detection Function

When the JR-CL18 is inserted into the cigarette lighter socket, the LED display will show the current car battery voltage. For normal and safe car operation, it is recommended to replace the car battery or perform maintenance if the car voltage falls outside the normal range.
