Important Safety Warnings
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, if they are provided with adequate supervision or have received instructions regarding the safe use of the appliance and understand the related risks.
- Children must not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
- Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach of children younger than 8 years of age.
- Accessible surfaces may reach high temperatures when the appliance is operating. ⚠️ The surfaces are subject to heating up during use.
- The appliance must never be operated by means of an external timer or a separate remote control system.
- Place the unit with its back against a wall.
- If the power cable is damaged, it must only be replaced at service centres authorised by the manufacturer to prevent any risks.
- Before using the appliance for the first time, clean it as indicated in the "MAINTENANCE" paragraph.

Light Source for Compartment Lighting

- The light source can be replaced by the user with one with equivalent characteristics. Follow the instructions in the MAINTENANCE paragraph.

These parts can only be used with this appliance. Do not use the parts separately for other applications.
Before first use, wash parts intended for contact with food as indicated in the MAINTENANCE paragraph.
First Use
Before using the oven, run it empty for approximately 10 minutes in a well-ventilated area to remove any oil residues from the interior walls.
Before using the appliance for the first time, clean it and wash the parts that come into contact with food as indicated in the MAINTENANCE paragraph.
To turn on the appliance, plug it into the power socket and select the desired heating function (3).
Adjust the cooking temperature (2) and set the timer (1), which will shut off the appliance when the set time expires, with an audible signal.
Note: If the timer is set to the symbol M (manual), the oven will operate indefinitely.
Note: The pilot light (4) being on indicates that the heating elements are warming up. When the oven reaches the set temperature, the pilot light (4) turns off.
Note: The temperature at MAX position is approximately 280°C.

Yogurt Function
To select the yogurt function, turn the temperature adjustment knob to "YOGURT" and the function selection knob to the "heating below" icon. Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.
Pour milk into a thick-bottomed pot and heat it over low flame (on the smallest burner). Stir occasionally until the temperature reaches 90°C. Cool the milk down to 43°C - 45°C (fermentation temperature). Add ferments in a proportion of 1%-3%, stirring slowly. Pour the milk with ferments into an oven-safe container (without a lid) and place it on the first shelf of the preheated oven. Close the door and turn the timer knob to manual position. After 5 hours, remove the yogurt from the oven, let it cool to room temperature for about 15-20 minutes, then store it in the refrigerator at 4°C for 1 day. After one day, the yogurt is ready to be consumed.

Note: Please pre-heat your oven before cooking. The end of the pre-heating period is indicated by the functioning pilot light (4) turning off.
It is recommended not to load the provided trays with more than 2 Kg of food.
Maintenance
Disconnect the plug from the socket and let the appliance cool down well before cleaning it.
Never use abrasives, abrasive sponges, or chemical solvents.
- To clean the appliance, use a soft or slightly damp cloth. Do not use very wet substances, liquids, or cloths, as water entering the appliance could irreparably damage it.
- Clean the inside of the oven after each use with a damp sponge.
- NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER.
Cleaning the Accessories
Wash the baking tin (5), the grill (6), the rotisserie (9), the tong for baking tin/grill (7), and the round tray (8) with warm water and dishwashing detergent. Do not wash in the dishwasher.
Do not use abrasive products, chemical solvents, or abrasive sponges.
Steam Cleaning
This function allows for easy cleaning of the oven without using chemicals.
Remove all accessories from the oven. Place 2 glasses of water on the baking tin and position it on the bottom shelf of the oven. Turn the temperature adjustment knob to the steam cleaning symbol, set the timer to 30 minutes, and turn the function knob to "heating below" mode. After the oven turns off, open the door and wipe the inner surface with a soft, damp cloth.
WARNING - Surfaces may be hot.
Inner Light:
Before replacing the light bulb, disconnect the appliance from the power supply and wait for it to cool completely.
ATTENTION: The bulb may be hot.
Remove the protection cover by unscrewing it counterclockwise and replace the bulb with one having the same technical characteristics indicated: E14, 230VAC, MAX 18W, suitable for temperatures ≥ 300°C; or G9, 230VAC, MAX 18W, suitable for temperatures ≥ 300°C. Replace the lid by screwing it clockwise.
Disposal
User Information
This symbol of the crossed-out wheelie bin on the equipment or its packaging indicates that the product must be disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its service life. The user must therefore take the dismissed equipment to suitable separate collection centres for electrical and electronic waste. For more details, please contact the appropriate local authority. The guarantee is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. It is valid only if correctly filled out and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
The appliance must be delivered exclusively to an authorised service centre.
Warranty covers replacement or repair of components faulty at source due to manufacturing defects.
Service is also available for products out of warranty (paid service).
The consumer is entitled to rights under national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods; this warranty does not affect those rights.
The manufacturer declines responsibility for any damage to persons, animals, or property resulting from improper use or failure to follow instructions.
Limitations
All warranty rights and manufacturer responsibility are void if the appliance has been:
- Tampered with by unauthorized personnel.
- Improperly used, stored, or transported.
Cosmetic damage or damage that does not affect functionality is not covered by the warranty.
