First Use

Before using the oven, run it empty for approximately 10 minutes in a well-ventilated area to remove any oil residues from the interior walls.

Before using the appliance for the first time, clean it and wash the parts that come into contact with food as indicated in the MAINTENANCE paragraph.

To turn on the appliance, plug it into the power socket and select the desired heating function (3).

Adjust the cooking temperature (2) and set the timer (1), which will shut off the appliance when the set time expires, with an audible signal.

Note: If the timer is set to the symbol M (manual), the oven will operate indefinitely.

Note: The pilot light (4) being on indicates that the heating elements are warming up. When the oven reaches the set temperature, the pilot light (4) turns off.

Note: The temperature at MAX position is approximately 280°C.

Modes of Use:

Yogurt Function

To select the yogurt function, turn the temperature adjustment knob to "YOGURT" and the function selection knob to the "heating below" icon. Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.

Pour milk into a thick-bottomed pot and heat it over low flame (on the smallest burner). Stir occasionally until the temperature reaches 90°C. Cool the milk down to 43°C - 45°C (fermentation temperature). Add ferments in a proportion of 1%-3%, stirring slowly. Pour the milk with ferments into an oven-safe container (without a lid) and place it on the first shelf of the preheated oven. Close the door and turn the timer knob to manual position. After 5 hours, remove the yogurt from the oven, let it cool to room temperature for about 15-20 minutes, then store it in the refrigerator at 4°C for 1 day. After one day, the yogurt is ready to be consumed.
