Installation
Note: Professional installation recommended. Adhere to national regulations.
- Access Rear: Open the trunk and access the underbody area behind the rear bumper.
- Prepare Mounting Points: Remove any insulation, underbody protection, or panels (labeled "a" in diagrams) from the chassis mounting locations.
- Bumper Modification: If necessary, cut the bumper or underbody according to specified dimensions (e.g., 40mm, 120mm, 170mm).
- Mount Tow Bar Frame: Attach the main tow bar frame (part 1) to the chassis using M12x1.5 bolts.
- Attach Tow Ball: Fit the tow ball assembly (part 2) to the frame using M12x80 bolts (part 3) and 13x24x2.5 washers; torque to 95 Nm.
- Secure all fasteners.
