Assembly and Safety Instructions

If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. If you are uncertain, please contact IKEA.

Assembly Steps
Follow these steps to assemble your TÅGARP floor lamp:
- Step 1: Attach the main pole to the base. The pole screws into the base.

- Step 2: Connect the next section of the pole to the first section. Screw them together.

- Step 3: Continue connecting pole sections until the desired height is reached. Screw each section together.

- Step 4: Attach the adjustable reading lamp arm to the top of the main pole.

- Step 5: Route the power cord along the pole.

- Step 6: Secure the power cord to the pole using the provided clips.

- Step 7: Attach the main lampshade to the top of the pole. It should click into place.

- Step 8: Insert light bulbs into the sockets of both the main lamp and the reading lamp. Screw them in gently.
