Troubleshooting: Mouse Not Working
If your mouse is not working, try the following steps:
- Ensure the mouse is powered on (check the On/Off slider).
- Verify the Nano-receiver is securely plugged into a USB port. Try a different USB port if necessary.
- If the Nano-receiver is connected via a USB hub, try plugging it directly into a USB port on your computer.
- Check that the battery is inserted correctly with the proper orientation.
- Try using the mouse on a different surface. Remove any metallic objects that might be between the mouse and the Nano-receiver.
- Move the Nano-receiver to a USB port closer to the mouse. For tower PCs, consider using a USB extender available at www.logitech.com/usbextender.
- For Windows® operating systems, you can reconnect the mouse and Nano-receiver by launching the Connect utility from www.logitech.com/connect_utility.
