Positioning Your Refrigerator

• The refrigerator should be positioned on a stable, solid, level surface to ensure the appliance operates efficiently and safely.
• Keep the refrigerator away from damp areas or heat sources and ensure the refrigerator doors can open fully without making contact with the cabinet sides, doors, panels, or other obstructions.
• Position the refrigerator in a well-ventilated area with sufficient space around and behind it. Avoid covering or blocking the air grille on the rear cover plate of the compressor located at the back of the refrigerator.
• Leave at least 10cm of space on the top and both sides, and 5cm at the back of the fridge for proper ventilation and to prevent overheating.

Before First Use

Before using your appliance for the first time:

• Remove all packaging, including foam backing and tape securing shelves and door trays.
• Position the refrigerator correctly and adjust the levelling feet according to the instructions in your user manual.
• Before use, clean the unit with a warm, soapy cloth, and dry thoroughly.
• Allow the refrigerator to stand for 4-6 hours before powering on to ensure proper settling of the compressor oil for normal operation.

Operating Advice

• The default temperature of the fridge is set to 5°C.
• The default temperature of the freezer is set to -18°C.
• To adjust the temperature, press the Fridge or Freezer Compartment Button to cycle through the available set temperatures.
• Vacation Mode: The refrigerator will operate at 6°C, while the freezer will run at -15°C, allowing you to conserve energy while you're away.
• Fast Freeze: The compressor runs continuously, automatically deactivating after 24 hours of operation or when the freezer temperature reaches -28°C.
• Fast Chill: The fridge compartment rapidly reaches the set temperature and operates for 150 minutes.
