When solar energy is unavailable, Smappee considers off-peak energy or variable and capacity rates to charge vehicles with the cheapest available energy, effectively managing load peaks.
Scalable and future-proof. All Smappee EV Line charging stations are compatible with Smappee Infinity, enabling optimization of energy consumption and ensuring harmony with other energy flows. When acquiring a Smappee smart charging solution, immediate access to a comprehensive charging management platform is provided, handling all aspects of electric charging. The Smappee Dashboard offers numerous features for managing and operating charging stations or charging squares.
Manage each charging point remotely. For premises with multiple charging points used by different users, enhanced control is essential. The Smappee smart charging platform delivers this control and more. The Smappee Dashboard allows for adding priority charging, setting tariffs, and closing charging stations outside business hours. It also enables real-time tracking of all charging points and remote problem resolution.
Priorities and whitelisting. Charging revenues can be managed effectively by applying different charging rates and priorities at the user level. The Smappee Dashboard facilitates priority allocation to Smappee Smart Charge Cards, ensuring sales teams or visitors can charge quickly. Whitelisting Smappee RFID cards for employees and visitors allows for free or reduced-rate charging.
Charging costs and split billing. An extensive overview of charging sessions, costs, and revenues per charging point is available via the Smappee Dashboard. This allows for managing charging points on-premise or remotely at employee locations, and offering split billing based on dashboard data. This enables reimbursement for home charging or accurate billing for charging square sessions.
Smappee e-mobility services. The Smappee charging management platform also includes e-mobility services, offering a simple, all-in-one payment solution. Smappee CPO services manage the payment and invoicing for charging stations. EV drivers can use their charge cards, and Smappee will periodically reimburse the service provider.
