Product Purpose

This product is a multi-functional bicycle tool for personal use. The product is intended for light repairs en route and does not replace specialist tools.

Usage Instructions

Brake Piston Opener

After removing brake pads, push disc brake pistons back into their housing using the brake piston opener (1).

Spoke Wrench

1. Place the spoke wrench (9) between two spokes on the spoke nipple, ensuring it is encircled. Select the spoke nipple at the top near the rim. Note: Use the inner or outer opening depending on nipple size. 2. Tighten the spoke nipple by turning the wrench clockwise a quarter turn.

Tyre Lever

1. Push the end of the tyre lever (13) without the hook between the wheel rim and tyre bead. 2. Lift the tyre casing over the wheel rim. 3. Attach the lever's hook to a spoke. 4. Use the second lever to run along the rim from the loosened spot to fully detach the tyre casing.

Breaking Chain Rivets

Place the hex key (8) on the guide pin of the chain rivet up to the predetermined breaking point and break it off.

Attaching the Saddle Bag

1. Attach the saddle bag to the seat post by wrapping the velcro strip around it. 2. Secure the bag to the saddle frame by passing the velcro strip through the saddle frame. Note: Ensure the zip faces upwards.

Storage and Cleaning

Care Instructions

When not in use, store the product clean and dry at room temperature. Clean only with water and wipe dry with a cloth. IMPORTANT! Never clean with harsh cleaning agents.

Dispose of the product and packaging materials according to current local regulations. Keep packaging materials out of reach of children. Contact your local council for disposal information. Dispose of the product and packaging in an environmentally friendly manner. The Recycling Code identifies materials for recycling.

Guarantee Information

DELTA-SPORT HANDELSKONTOR GMBH provides a three-year guarantee for private end customers from the date of purchase for material and manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear parts or fragile components. Claims are excluded for incorrect use or failure to follow instructions, unless the customer proves the defect is not due to these reasons. Claims require the original sales receipt. Repairs do not extend the guarantee period.

Inner Tube Repair Instructions

Step-by-Step Guide

A: Locate the puncture.

B: Roughen the area around the puncture using sandpaper (16).

C: Apply adhesive from a patch (14) to the roughened area.

D: Place the patch (14) over the puncture and press firmly.

E: Remove the protective film from the patch.

F: Use the cleaning cloth (15) to clean the area.

G: Apply sandpaper (16) to the area.

H: Insert the tube into the tire.

I: Slightly inflate the tube, noting the gauge indicating minimum 180 seconds for 5 BAR.

J: Mount the tire onto the rim.

K: Ensure the tube is properly seated within the tire.

L: Check the tire seating on the rim.

M: Inflate the tire to the recommended pressure (Max. 5 BAR).
