General Safety:
- Ensure all users are informed of warnings and precautions.
- Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if over 35 or with pre-existing health conditions.
- This treadmill is not for individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities unless supervised.
- Use only as described in this manual.
- Intended for home use only; not for commercial, rental, or institutional settings.
- Keep indoors, away from moisture and dust. Do not place near water.
- Place on a level surface with at least 8 ft. (2.4 m) clearance behind and 2 ft. (0.6 m) on sides. Do not block air openings. Use a mat to protect floors.
- Do not operate where aerosol products are used or oxygen is administered.
- Keep children under 16 and pets away at all times.
- Weight limit: 350 lbs. (158 kg).
- Only one person on the treadmill at a time.
- Wear appropriate exercise clothes and athletic shoes. Avoid loose clothing, bare feet, stockings, or sandals.
- Connect to an earthed circuit; do not use the same circuit for other appliances. Use a 13-amp fuse.
- If an extension cord is needed, use a 3-conductor, 14-gauge (2 mm²) cord no longer than 5 ft. (1.5 m).
- Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces.
- Never move the walking belt while power is off. Do not operate if the power cord or plug is damaged.
- Test the emergency stop procedure (key clip). Always wear the clip while using.
- Stand on foot rails when starting/stopping belt. Always hold handrails.
- Noise level increases when the belt is moving.
- Keep fingers, hair, and clothing away from the moving belt.
- Treadmill capable of high speeds; adjust speed in small increments.
- Heart rate monitor is an exercise aid, not a medical device.
- Never leave the treadmill unattended while running. Remove key, turn off power switch, and unplug when not in use.
- Do not attempt to move until properly assembled. Requires ability to lift 45 lbs. (20 kg).
- Ensure storage latch is secure when folding or moving. Do not operate while folded.
- Do not place objects under the treadmill to change incline.
- Never insert objects into openings.
- Inspect and tighten all parts regularly. Use only manufacturer parts.

Assembly
Assembly requires two people and basic tools: included hex keys, a Phillips screwdriver, and an adjustable wrench. Do not use power tools.
General Assembly Notes:
- Clear an area and remove packing materials.
- An oily substance may be present after shipping; wipe clean with a soft cloth and mild cleaner.
- Left and right parts are marked "L" or "Left" and "R" or "Right."
Step-by-step Assembly (Descriptive summary):
- Product Registration: Register online (UK: iconsupport.eu) or by mail/email (Australia) with receipt, name, address, and product details.
- Prepare Base and Uprights: Ensure power cord is unplugged. Connect the Upright Wire (81) to the Right Upright (90) and then to the Base (94).
- Attach Ground Wire: Secure the ground wire (C) to the Right Upright (90) using a #8 x 1/2" Ground Screw (10).
- Attach Uprights and Wheels: Connect the Right Upright (90) and a Wheel (101) to the Base (94) using specified screws and washers. Do not fully tighten yet. Repeat for the Left Upright.
- Install Base Covers: Identify and slide Left and Right Base Covers (82, 83) onto the respective uprights.
- Attach Cover Brackets: Insert Cover Brackets (18) into slots on the Left and Right Uprights (89, 90) and secure with screws. Position the Upright Wire (81).
- Mount Console Base Assembly: With help, place the console base assembly (G) onto the uprights, ensuring the Upright Wire (81) is not pinched. Partially tighten screws.
- Attach Handrail Assemblies: Identify and attach the right handrail assembly (I) to the console base assembly (G), securing it with screws and washers. Repeat for the left side.
- Secure Pulse Crossbar: Attach the Pulse Crossbar (93) to the handrail assemblies using specified screws and washers.
- Connect Console Wires: Connect console wires (M, N, O) and the Upright Wire (81). Ensure connectors click into place. Insert wires into the Console Base (64).
- Mount Console Assembly: Place the console assembly (L) onto the brackets of the console base assembly (G). Secure with screws and washers.
- Attach Small Console Cover: Secure the Small Console Cover (27) with screws.
- Tighten Handrail Screws: Tighten various screws related to the handrail assemblies.
- Attach Handrail Covers: Install the Right and Left Handrail Covers (26) using specified screws.
- Orient and Attach Upright Crossbar: Slide the Upright Crossbar (105) between the uprights and secure it with patch screws and washers.
- Install Tray: Insert the Tray (31) and secure it to the Upright Crossbar (105) with screws.
- Attach Latch Crossbar: Raise the frame, orient the Latch Crossbar (41), and attach it to the frame brackets with patch screws and washers.
- Attach Storage Latch: Secure the lower end of the Storage Latch (53) to the base bracket with a bolt and nut.
- Secure Storage Latch Upper End: Align the upper end of the Storage Latch (53) with the Latch Crossbar (41) bracket and secure with a bolt and nut. Lower the frame.
- Tighten Base Screws and Install Base Covers: Tighten all base screws. Install the Left and Right Inner and Outer Base Covers (99, 100, 82, 83).
- Final Checks: Ensure all parts are tightened. Remove protective plastic from decals. Place a mat under the treadmill. Keep out of direct sunlight. Store the hex key safely.
How to Use the Treadmill
How to Plug in the Power Cord
Ensure the product is earthed. Plug the power cord into the treadmill socket (B), then into an appropriate, earthed outlet (C).

Console Diagram and Features
The console features a touchscreen display, various workout programs, iFit connectivity, manual mode, speed/incline controls, and audio capabilities.
How to Turn on the Power
Allow the treadmill to warm to room temperature if exposed to cold. Plug in the power cord. Press the power switch to the reset position (D). Stand on the foot rails, attach the safety clip (E) to your waistband, and insert the key (F) into the console. The console may take time to be ready. In an emergency, pull the key to stop the belt.
How to Use the Touch Screen
The touchscreen functions like a tablet. Swipe or flick to navigate. It is not pressure sensitive. Use the on-screen keyboard for typing, with options for numbers, symbols, and capitalization.
How to Set Up the Console
- Connect to Wireless Network: Follow on-screen prompts to connect to your Wi-Fi network for internet access, iFit, and other features.
- Customize Settings: Set units of measurement (miles/km) and time zone.
- Log into or Create iFit Account: Provide email and follow prompts.
- Tour the Console: On-screen guides will introduce features.
- Check for Firmware Updates: Navigate to Settings > Maintenance > Update.
- Calibrate Incline System: Navigate to Settings > Maintenance > Calibrate Incline > Begin.
Important Notes: Remove plastic from console. Wear clean athletic shoes. Observe belt alignment on first use.
How to Use the Manual Mode
- Insert key.
- Select main menu.
- Start the walking belt using the "Manual Start" or "Start" button. Adjust speed using speed increase/decrease buttons or numbered speed buttons. Stop using the "Stop" button or touching the screen.
- Change incline using incline increase/decrease buttons or numbered incline buttons.
- Monitor progress via display modes (incline, vertical gain/loss, calories, heart rate, distance, speed, pace, etc.).
Note: Calibrate incline system on first use.
How to Use a Map Workout
Requires wireless connection. Select a map workout from the library or draw your own. Follow on-screen prompts to start, navigate, and finish.
How to Use a Distance or Time Workout
Requires wireless connection and iFit account. Add workouts to your iFit.com schedule, then select and start them on the console.
How to Change Console Settings
Access via the profile icon > Settings. Navigate menus for Account, Equipment, Maintenance, Wi-Fi, About, and Legal settings. Customize units, time zone, equipment info, etc.
How to Use the Wireless Network Mode
- Select main menu.
- Select wireless network mode (Wi-Fi symbol).
- Enable Wi-Fi.
- Set up and manage connection by selecting a network and entering password if required.
- Exit wireless network mode.
Note: Requires an 802.11b/g/n router. Hidden networks not supported.
How to Use the Sound System
- Bluetooth Device: Pair your device by holding the Audio button.
- Audio Cable: Plug a 3.5 mm cable into the console and your device. Adjust volume.
The Wearable Heart Rate Monitor
Optional monitor helps maintain target heart rate for fitness goals. Compatible with Bluetooth Smart monitors.
How to Adjust the Cushions
Remove key and unplug power. Adjust cushion firmness by rotating them (drawing 1 for firmer, drawing 2 for less firm). Ensure left and right sides match.

Adjust incline to zero. Remove key and unplug power. Hold frame (A) and raise it until storage latch (B) locks. CAUTION: Requires lifting 45 lbs. (20 kg).
How to Move the Treadmill
Fold the treadmill first. Ensure storage latch is locked. Hold handrails (C) and push to desired location. Requires two people. CAUTION: Do not pull on frame; do not move over uneven surfaces.
How to Lower the Treadmill for Use
- Push frame forward and press storage latch with foot.
- Pull frame toward yourself while pressing latch.
- Step back and let frame lower.
Note: Protect floors with a mat. Keep out of direct sunlight. Do not store above 85°F (30°C).
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance. Inspect and tighten parts. Use manufacturer-supplied parts. Clean the treadmill and walking belt regularly. Press power switch off, unplug cord. Wipe exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid spraying liquids directly on the console. Dry with a soft towel.
Troubleshooting
Symptom: Power does not turn on
- Check extension cord (if used).
- Ensure key is inserted.
- Check power switch; reset if tripped (wait 5 minutes).
Symptom: Power turns off during use
- Check power switch; reset if tripped.
- Ensure power cord is plugged in; unplug/replug if necessary.
- Remove and reinsert the key.
- If problem persists, contact customer service.
Symptom: Incline does not change correctly
- Calibrate the incline system (see page 26).
Symptom: Displays do not function properly
- Unplug treadmill. Remove motor hood. Check Reed Switch (109) and Magnet (111) alignment on Pulley (49). Adjust gap to ~1/8 in. Reattach hood and test.
- If console does not boot or freezes, reset to factory defaults (requires two people). This erases custom settings. Check for firmware updates afterward.
Symptom: Treadmill will not connect to wireless network
- Verify console wireless settings.
- Verify your wireless network settings.
- Contact support.iFit.com if issues persist.
Symptom: Walking belt slows when walked on
- Check extension cord (if used).
- If belt is overtightened, adjust idler roller screws (C) counterclockwise (1/4 turn). Belt should lift 2-3 in.
- Do not apply silicone spray or other substances to the belt/platform unless instructed by service.
- If problem persists, contact customer service.
Symptom: Walking belt is not centered
- Prevent belt from rubbing foot rails (D). If shifted left, turn left idler screw clockwise (1/2 turn). If shifted right, turn left idler screw counterclockwise (1/2 turn).
Symptom: Walking belt slips when walked on
- Turn idler roller screws (C) clockwise (1/4 turn) until belt is properly tightened (lifts 2-3 in.).

Exercise Intensity
Use heart rate zones for fat burning or aerobic exercise. Find your age on the chart to determine your training zone (lowest for fat burning, middle for max fat burning, highest for aerobic exercise).
Workout Guidelines
- Warming Up: 5-10 minutes of stretching and light exercise.
- Training Zone Exercise: 20-30 minutes within your training zone.
- Cooling Down: 5-10 minutes of stretching.
Exercise Frequency
Complete three workouts per week with rest days. Increase to five workouts per week as fitness improves. Consistency is key.
