Terms and Conditions
- Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter is Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd, ABN 51 004 762 341 (“EHP”), of 163 O'Riordan Street, Mascot NSW 2020.
- The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on Thursday 6th March 2025 and while stocks last ("Promotional Period").
- This Promotion is open to Australian residents 18 years or over who purchase selected AEG cooking appliances from a participating Australian authorised sales agent of AEG during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Entrant").
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating sales agents and agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible.
- Eligible AEG cooking appliances for this Promotion are: HG975550VB, HG674550VB, IAE84851FB, IKK64681FB, IKK86681FB, IPE64551FB, IPE84531FB, NIK85M00AZ.
- Eligible AEG cooking appliances from Thursday 15th May 2025 are: HG75FXB, HG90FXB, KSK78828PT.
- Purchases for Government and Commercial contract sales, second quality goods (T2), and auction goods are excluded. Products with serial numbers starting with “A”, “B” or “C” are considered T2 goods. Damaged or display models are also excluded.
- "Purchase" means an order placed for the Participating Product during the Promotional Period from a participating Australian authorised sales agent of AEG. "Purchase" does not include:
- Purchases made via eBay or other online third-party bidding or auction websites.
- Purchases of secondhand products.
- Purchases by Electrolux staff (and their immediate families).
- Purchases made through any online discounter (including shoppingsaffari.com.au, thebargainhunter.com.au and shopbot.com.au).
- Purchases made through an unauthorised sales agent or seller.
- Purchases made directly from Electrolux Home Products.
- Eligible Entrants should verify that their retailer is authorised to participate in this Promotion.
- Eligible Entrants are entitled to a discount at the point of purchase. Applicable discounts are detailed below:

- This Promotion only applies to purchases made within the Promotional Period.
- The Promoter does not guarantee that all Participating Products will be available for purchase throughout the Promotional Period.
- The discount is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- This Promotion can be used in conjunction with the Everyday Kitchen Offer where applicable.
- The Promoter's decision is final.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any written direction from a regulatory authority.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter may, in its discretion, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. All Eligible Entrants will be notified in writing.
- The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in connection with this Promotion if the deficiency is caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
- These terms and conditions do not limit, exclude or modify any non-excludable statutory guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
- The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage arising out of the Promotion, including but not limited to:
- technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
- theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
- late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected claims or discounts;
- any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Entrant.
- By participating, Eligible Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may collect personal information to understand their requirements and provide information about special offers. If an Eligible Entrant opts in, their information may be used to promote other services and products. Marketing communications may be received from third parties. Eligible Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time. - Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, and Eligible Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
