Terms and Conditions

General Information

Information on this promotion ("Promotion") and how to participate forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd, ABN 51 004 762 341 ("EHP"), located at 163 O'Riordan Street, Mascot NSW 2020.
The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Monday 1 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 19 October 2025.
This Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase two (2) or more participating AEG kitchen appliances in a single transaction from a participating Australian authorised sales agent of AEG during the Promotion Period.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating sales agents, and associated agencies are ineligible to participate. Immediate family includes spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sister, brother, step-sister, step-brother, or first cousin.

Exclusions and Restrictions

Purchases for Government and Commercial contract sales, second quality goods (T2), and auction goods are excluded. T2 goods are products bearing serial numbers with the prefix "A", "B", or "C". This Promotion also does not apply to damaged or display models.
For the purpose of these terms and conditions, "purchase" means an order placed and payment made in full for the Participating Product during the Promotional Period from a participating Australian authorised sales agent of AEG. This includes pre-ordering and payment for products specified as available for delivery after 16 October 2025.
"Purchase" does not include:
- Purchases made via eBay or other online third-party bidding or auction websites.
- Purchases of second-hand products.
- Purchases by Electrolux staff (and their immediate families).
- Purchases made through any online discounter (including but not limited to shoppingsaffari.com.au, thebargainhunter.com.au, and shopbot.com.au).
- Purchases made through an unauthorised sales agent or seller.
- Purchases made directly from EHP.

Promotion Mechanics

For each purchase of two (2) or more Participating Products in one (1) transaction, an Eligible Entrant is entitled to a discount of 10% on the total package invoice price at the point of purchase.
Invoice price is the Recommended Retail Price (RRP), which is subject to change. The discount will be applied to the RRP current as at the date of purchase.
This Promotion only applies to purchases made within the Promotional Period in one (1) transaction.
The Promoter does not guarantee that all Participating Products will be available for purchase throughout the Promotional Period, including from all participating Australian authorised sales agents of AEG.
The discount under the Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Promoter's Rights and Legal

The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
If an event beyond the Promoter's control interrupts the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion subject to any written direction from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information communicated if the deficiency is caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
These terms and conditions do not limit, exclude, or modify any non-excludable statutory guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other non-excludable warranties.
The Promoter excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) arising from the Promotion, including but not limited to: technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference; late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected claims or discounts; or any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Entrant.
By participating, Eligible Entrants acknowledge that personal information may be collected to understand requirements and for marketing communications, potentially from third parties. Entrants may opt-out of receiving marketing communications.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales. Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New South Wales.
