AEG Promotion – 10 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Terms and Conditions

1. Information on this promotion ("Promotion") and how to participate forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd, ABN 51 004 762 341, ("EHP") of 163 O'Riordan Street, Mascot NSW 2020 and its agents.
3. The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on Sunday 1 October 2023 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 12 November 2023 ("Promotional Period").
4. This Promotion is open to Australian residents 18 years or over who purchase an eligible AEG Appliance (models detailed below) from a participating Australian authorised sales agent of AEG during the Promotional Period ("Eligible Entrant").
5. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating sales agents, and associated agencies are ineligible. Immediate family includes spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sister, brother, stepsister, stepbrother, or first cousin.
6. The AEG Appliances eligible for this Promotion are the following models ("Participating Products"):

7. Purchases for Government and Commercial contract sales, second quality goods (T2), and auction goods are excluded. T2 goods have serial numbers starting with "A", "B", or "C". Damaged or display models are also excluded.
8. For these terms, "purchase" means an order placed during the Promotional Period from a participating Australian authorised sales agent of AEG. "Purchase" does not include:
   • Purchases made via eBay or other online third-party bidding or auction websites.
   • Purchases of secondhand products.
   • Purchases by Electrolux staff (and their immediate families).
   • Purchases made through any online discounter (e.g., shoppingsaffari.com.au, thebargainhunter.com.au, shopbot.com.au).
   • Purchases made through an unauthorised sales agent or seller.
   • Purchases made directly from Electrolux Home Products.
9. The Promoter recommends verifying retailer authorization before purchasing.
10. Each Eligible Entrant is entitled to a 10-year warranty on the participating product purchased.
11. This Promotion applies only to purchases made within the Promotional Period in a single transaction.
12. The Promoter does not guarantee product availability throughout the Promotional Period or from all participating agents.
13. This Promotion may be used in conjunction with the Everyday Kitchen Offer, the Everyday Laundry Offer, the Laundry, and the Save 10% promotion during the Promotional Period.
14. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. If an event beyond the Promoter's control interrupts the promotion, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend it, subject to regulatory authority direction.
16. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter may, at its discretion, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion. Eligible Entrants will be notified in writing. In case of modification or suspension, Eligible Entrants may terminate their participation at no cost.
17. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information communicated if caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
18. These terms do not limit, exclude, or modify non-excludable statutory guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other non-excludable warranties.
19. Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage arising from the Promotion, including but not limited to: technical difficulties, equipment malfunction, theft, unauthorised access, third-party interference, late/lost/altered/damaged/misdirected claims, or any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Entrant.
20. By participating, Eligible Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may collect personal information to understand requirements and provide information about special offers. If opted-in, personal information may be used for direct marketing of other services and products. Marketing communications may also be received from third parties. Entrants can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by responding via the channel received or contacting the Promoter directly. 21. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
22. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales. By entering, Eligible Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
