General Notes
Before beginning assembly, make sure all parts are present. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the products. Contact customer service for replacement parts via telephone or email.
- Tools needed (not included): Phillips screwdriver and wrench
- Approximate assembly time: 45 minutes
- Note: 1. The right and left sides of the grill are designed as if you are facing the front of the grill.
- Note: 2. Model shown for illustration purpose only, specific please in kind prevail.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach casters (2) to the bottom shelf (1) using 16 B screws (M5x10).

Step 2
Attach legs (3, 4, 5, 6) to the bottom shelf (1) using 8 G bolts (M6x25).

Step 3
Attach cart beams (7) to the legs using 2 A screws (M6x12).

Step 4
Attach shelf supports (9) to the legs and attach the upper shelf (10) using A screws (M6x12) and D bolts (M6).

Step 5
Attach cart beams (7) to the legs using 4 A screws (M6x12).

Attach side cart beams (8) to the legs using 12 A screws (M6x12).

Step 7
Attach grease cup braces (11) to the main body frame using 8 F screws (M6x20).

Step 8
Insert grease cups (12) into the braces (11).

Step 9
Release regulator assembly & ignitors in advance. Attach the main body (13) to the base structure using 4 A screws (M6x12).

Step 10
Attach side table support bars (16) to the main body using 8 A screws (M6x12).

Step 11
Attach side table joints (14, 15) to the main body using 8 A screws (M6x12). Note direction. Do not secure bolts until step 12.

Step 12
Attach side tables (17) using H pins (4) and I split pins (4).

Step 13
Assemble hooks & bases on both sides. Attach wind deflector (18) to the main body using 9 A screws (M6x12) and 6 C screws (M4x8). Attach LP cylinder hooks (19) and bases (20) using A screws.

Step 14

Insert AA battery (not included) [battery] into the ignitor. Attach knobs (24).

Attach grease tray handles (25) to grease trays (26) using 4 E screws (M6x15).

Step 19
NOTE: Secure cylinders onto hooks and bases.
