- Attach Rear Legs:Place the main grill body upside down on a soft surface to prevent scratching. Attach the two rear leg assemblies to the designated mounting points on the underside of the grill body. Secure each leg using four M6 bolts and washers from the hardware kit. Ensure they are firmly tightened.
- Attach Front Wheel Assemblies:Attach the front wheel assemblies to the front underside of the grill body. These typically slide into place and are secured with a pin or a bolt. Ensure the wheels can rotate freely.
- Install Lower Support Panel:Position the lower support panel between the rear legs and secure it using the provided screws. This panel adds stability to the grill's base.
- Attach Side Shelf Assemblies:Align the left side shelf assembly with the mounting brackets on the left side of the grill body. Secure it using the appropriate bolts and washers. Repeat for the right side shelf assembly.
- Mount Control Panel Assembly:Carefully align the control panel assembly with the front of the grill body, ensuring the gas manifold and ignition wires are correctly positioned. Secure the control panel using the provided screws.
- Install Front Panel/Grease Tray:Slide the front panel into place below the control panel. Ensure the grease tray is correctly positioned to catch drippings.
- Install Warming Rack:Place the warming rack onto the designated supports inside the main grill body.
- Place Grates:Insert the cooking grates into the main grill body, resting them on the internal supports.
- Connect Hose and Regulator:Attach the hose and regulator assembly to the gas inlet valve on the grill's manifold. Ensure the connection is secure. The other end of the regulator connects to the propane tank.
- Attach Propane Tank:Place the propane tank in its designated holder, typically located on the side or back of the grill. Secure the tank using the tank retaining strap or bracket.
First Use and Operation
- Leak Test:Before lighting, perform a leak test. Mix a solution of soapy water (one part dish soap to three parts water). Apply the solution to all gas connections (tank valve, regulator connection, manifold connection). Slowly open the propane tank valve. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Immediately close the tank valve, tighten the connection, and re-test. Do not use if leaks persist. [warning-triangle]
- Burn-in Procedure:With the lid closed, turn all burner control knobs to the HIGH position and ignite the grill. Allow the grill to heat for 15-20 minutes. This process burns off any manufacturing residue. Turn off all controls and allow the grill to cool completely.
- Initial Cooking:Your grill is now ready for cooking. Refer to your grill's user manual for detailed cooking instructions, temperature control, and cleaning.
Basic Maintenance
- Clean grates after each use.
- Empty and clean the grease tray regularly.
- Brush away debris from burners.
- Cover the grill when not in use to protect it from the elements.
